About Feefo
Feefo is a ratings and reviews platform that provides valuable insight and data based on feedback from your customers. The Enrolmy integration focuses on sending campaigns to receive parent feedback on activities.
How to connect your Feefo account to Enrolmy
You will need your Feefo merchant ID, API Key and Client Secret. You can find the merchant ID within your users profile and you can create an API Key within app keys in settings in Feefo:
Please ensure that the “Enter Sale Remotely API” option is selected upon creating an App Key:
Within your Enrolmy Organisation Settings, head to Integration and choose Feefo
Enter your API Key and Client Secret and hit Connect
Enter your Merchant ID and associate relevant tags which are used to integrate Enrolmy with certain Feefo campaigns and hit Save Changes:
How the integration works
Once the integration has been configured correctly data will begin flowing into Feefo. Records are sent to Feefo one at a time when a parent makes a booking - this can be viewed within the upload history within Enrolmy:
This data can be viewed within your Feefo account within the sales upload history:
When a feedback request has been emailed to a customer, it will appear in Manage Feedback Requests within Campaigns:
