The recommended and the most effective way to take bookings with Enrolmy is by asking your customers to do it themselves. One of the methods you can utilise is inviting your customers to book into specific activities.
If you have preferred customers you want to invite to an activity first, or if you do not want new customers booking in, you can turn off the activity’s publicity to not make it searchable by the general public.
Afterwards, you can send them an Invite to Book email. An activity can be booked even if the publicity is turned off, as long as the customer has the link to it.
You will be able to turn on/off an activity’s publicity at any point in time.
