Choose Your Activity Type 

We advise that you use the Holiday Programme activity type; this will allow you to:

• Invoice in advance

• Create a separate attendance list from your normal Before and After School Care activity

• Allow other school attendees to join your programme

• Offer subsidies to customers who do not normally attend your Before and After School Care Programmes

Else you should use the Before and After School Care activity type; this will allow you to:

• Invoice in arrears

• Enable casual and/or regular pricing

• Offer subsidies to families who do not normally attend your Before and After School Care Programmes

How To Setup Teacher Only Day with a Holiday Programme Activity Type

1. Create a New activity with the Holiday programme activity type, fill out all the relevant information

2. Create your session time and price options

3. Select the correct Date and save your new activity

4. Enable subsidies if required

5. Save activity

How To Setup Teacher Only Day with a Before and After School Care Activity Type

The key difference to consider with choosing the BASC Activity type is regarding the Casual and Regular Pricing Options as you may want to offer your regular customers a reduced price compared to other customers in the school who may just be booking one-off. 

1. Create a New activity with the Before and After School Care Activity type, fill in all the relevant information

2. Create your session time and price options

3. Select the correct Date and save your new activity

4. If you want to offer Casual and regular pricing options you can turn this on in the Booking Settings of your activity, then update your pricing section

4. Control the casual or regular pricing settings within the booking settings

5. Enable subsidies if required

6. Save activity
