Every few weeks, your organisation should follow the below steps to update your device’s general system settings and applications:

You will only need to follow the steps below once every few months or before your term activity or holiday programmes start to ensure that any new updates Enrolmy have made to the Enrolmy for Providers App install on your device:

Apple Devices

Android Devices

  1. Go to the App Store app on your iOS device

  2. Tap. or your picture at the top right

  3. Scroll down, then tap Update next to apps you want to update, or tap Update All
