Your Customer Modification Of A Holiday Programme Booking.

Your customers are able to modify their bookings if you allow it in your activity booking settings. To do this, they would need to:

  1. Log into their account and click Current Bookings

  2. Select View & Edit Booking against the attendee they want to modify bookings for

  1. Modify the booking by Selecting and/or Unselecting the days/sessions

  2. The price change will be calculated automatically

  3. Click Save Changes

On-Screen Notifications

After saving the booking modifications, they will be able to see the below notification if the update was successful:

Booking Confirmation Email

Once changes are saved, they will receive an automated email from the organisation they have booked showing the changes made:

If the activity is set as invoicing in advanced, the email will contain new invoice too if applicable.

Enrolmy will display Modified - Formerly No Booking against a day/session that were modified.

If sessions were cancelled, then Enrolmy will display this via the Not Attending block on the calendar.
