My activity is not showing online, why is that?

  1. Ensure you have switched on the activity’s publicity so that its made public and showing on the web

  2. Check that your venue’s publicity is turned on

  3. Check the dates of your activity to make sure you have not entered dates that have now passed

The google map and pin of our location is showing in the wrong place, why?

The address noted for the venue is incorrect, check the address within your settings.

How can I gauge interest for an activity without creating the activity first, just in case I do not get enough numbers?

The best way to do this is to create an Enquiry only activity in which interested people will come through to you and you will need to email them back.

I want to add snacks and other items for sale to an activity. How can I do this?

You can use the Additional Items option, which lets you add anything extra to your activity. Your customers can select this upon booking, which will get added into their invoice to pay.

How do I roll my activity over from one year to the next as it is ongoing?

  1. When you set you your activity you always have a start and end date, if your activity is concluding you can simply copy this activity to create a new one

  2. You need to ensure pricing, dates and all the fine details are changed and correct, as once when you receive bookings, you are unable to change them

I need to change some details on my activity but it won't let me?

Once bookings have been made, certain areas of the activity can no longer be changed such as pricing, discounts, invoicing rhythm etc. If you are unable to update this from your end, please get in touch with us regarding what needs changing so we can see if we can help you.

I am not sure which activity type to select?

How can I view what my activity will look like before I make it live?

Simply select Preview Activity button which is next to the activity name once your setup is complete.

How is it best to manage timeframe per each activities?

This is completely up to how you want to run your activity:

  1. A full year: Customers need only to book in once and you will manage one activity

  2. Term by term: Customers will need to re-book each term which allows for flexibility. Any changes you may need to implement through the year can be handled more easily with a term by term arrangement

My activity is exclusive to a certain group of customer only, how can I ensure that the activity is not available for everyone?

You can turn off the activity’s publicity and send an Invite to Book email only to customers you want to make a booking.

I am new to Enrolmy as a provider, and I want to test how my customers’ new booking experience will go. How do I do this?

  1. Set up a test activity but ensure that the publicity is turned off so no actual customer can make a booking

  2. Copy the booking link and then log out from Enrolmy or use private browser

  3. Using the activity link, make a booking. We do recommend using a separate email address that is not linked to your Enrolmy account to simulate booking as your customer

  4. Once done, you can archive the test activity if it is no longer relevant
