Find Unsubscribed Email Contacts List.

To find a list of contacts who have unsubscribed from receiving your promotional emails:

  1. Head to Communication tab

  2. Select ‘+' button and then Unsubscribed

Note that even if an email address has been unsubscribed, it will still receive emails that are deemed important such as:

  1. Outstanding or overdue invoices

  2. Statements
