What is an Active Attendee?
An Active Attendee is an attendee who has had at least one booking in one of your activites within the last six months.
How This Affects Your Enrolmy Subscription
Your subscription will allow a certain number of Active Attendees. If this number is exceeded, you may need to upgrade your Enrolmy Subscription Plan.
It is important to note that when you reach your Active Attendee limit, Enrolmy will not stop new customers from making a booking. The purpose of the attendee limit is for Enrolmy to evaluate if you need to upgrade your subscription plan.
How To Find Your Active Attendee Number
Click your organisation logo at the top right of the page
Your Active Attendee details will be displayed. Here you can see:
Your subscription Active Attendee limit
Your current Active Attendee number
If your Active Attendee limit is exceeded and by what percentage
