How does EmyPay work for parents?
Parents simply choose their preferred payment method, credit card, direct debit, or saved card, and complete checkout in a few clicks. Payments are secure, mobile-friendly, and instantly confirmed in their parent portal.
What payment methods does EmyPay support?
Up front, in arrears payments, auto charging, and recurring billing.
Is the payment process easy for families to use?
Yes. The entire flow is designed to be simple and fast. Parents can pay from any device, store a card for future payments, use direct debit (bank-to-bank transfer), and receive instant confirmations for peace of mind.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, EmyPay automatically notifies the family and prompts them to update their card or bank details, or retry. Providers also receive full visibility in their dashboard, no more manual chasing.
Are payments secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment providers. Stored cards are verified to prevent fraud and ensure only authorised payments are made.
How does Auto Charging work?
Auto-charigning is usually used for Before and After School Clubs and Holiday Camps, where NCS subsidies are provided and billing amounts may vary. Families can save their card or bank details once, and then, once invoices are created and NCS applied EmyPay can automatically charge the balance due, ensuring on-time payments and reducing provider administration.
How does Recurring Billing / Subscriptions work?
Families complete a secure direct debit mandate once. Afterwards, fees are automatically collected on the due date, ensuring predictable cash flow for providers.
