We offer a range of holiday clubs, after‑school coding clubs, and lunchtime STEM sessions, where children explore coding, robotics, engineering, and digital design in a fun and supportive environment. Designed for children aged 5 to 14 years, our programmes are carefully structured to suit different ages and abilities—helping every child build confidence, curiosity, and valuable real‑world technology skills.

Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Young Innovators Club! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our site or signing up for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Us
Young Innovators Club offers creative, educational activities, events, and workshops for children, with the goal of inspiring the next generation of thinkers, makers, and innovators.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use the website in a way that may disrupt, damage, or impair access
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our website or content without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect any misuse or breach of these terms.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through our official booking platform via our website or enrolmy.
Payments are required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
Prices are subject to change, but you will always be notified before booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If Young Innovators Club cancels a session or camp day:
A full refund or a rescheduled session will be offered.
If a school cancels a lunchtime or after‑school club session:
We will work with the school to reschedule, but refunds will not be issued.
If parents/guardians cancel a booking:
14 or more days’ notice: A full refund will be issued.
Less than 14 but more than 7 days’ notice: A partial refund or credit may be offered at the discretion of Young Innovators Club.
Less than 7 days notice: no refund or credit will be offered.
For the purposes of the block-booked services, these apply to the period of time before the first session in the block.
Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions or camp days. This includes (but is not limited to) instances due to: illness, personal commitments, holidays, or travel.
Children who are sent home or picked up during a session or camp day, for whatever reason (e.g. illness, behavioural issues), will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
5. Safety and Supervision
All our staff are appropriately vetted and trained.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical and emergency information.
Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.
We reserve the right to remove a child from an activity if their behaviour compromises safety or disrupts the session.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, and curriculum created by Young Innovators Club are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
You must not reproduce or distribute any materials without our written permission.
7. Photography and Media Consent
With your consent, we may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website or social media). You may opt out at any time by informing us in writing.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We take data protection seriously. Your data is collected and stored securely in line with GDPR and relevant UK regulations. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Liability
We aim to provide a safe and engaging environment for all participants. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during our sessions, except where caused by our negligence.
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical or behavioural needs in advance.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
