As an OSCAR parent; I will ensure that my fees for my child/ren are paid weekly and in full-I acknowledge that if I am eligible for a WINZ subsidy, this is my responsibility if WINZ do not pay my childs subsidy, it is my responsibility to keep my child/ren fees paid up to date and in full. WINZ subsidies must be applied for a minimum of two weeks before the childs start date. Please note: If your child does not attend for i.e 2 x days out of x 5 days that you have booked and you are on a WINZ subsidy your account will not go into credit you will be charged what we receive from WINZ. I agree to pay the current specified fees, and debt collectors fee (if applicable) and to give two weeks notice of with drawl. Payment for repair and or replacement of any damage willfully caused by a child will be the responsibility of the parent/caregiver.
The management of Te Ohaka o Ngti Hine Oscar Program (The Ngti Hine Health Trust) undertakes to collect, use and store the information you provide on your enrolment form according to the principles of The Privacy Act 1993. The information will be used to prepare rolls and records required by the Ministry of Social Development for administrative purposes. Confidentiality will be maintained.

We also have a behavior procedure in place. Please read this so you are aware of what is expected of you and your child when in our care.
As a parent/caregiver, it is your responsibility to inform Te Ohaka o Ngti Hine Oscar Program (The Ngti Hine Health Trust) if your child/ren are not attending the program (if after school program before 2pm the day and if holiday program before 8am on the day). Note: You will be charged regardless of attendance unless you make changes by 5pm the day prior directly on the Te Ohaka o Ngti Hine ENROLMY website. If you do not inform Te Ohaka o Ngti Hine Oscar Program (The Ngti Hine Health Trust), of your childs absence, Te Ohaka o Ngti Hine Oscar reserves the right to charge your account for your childs non attendance. Fees will be required should your child not attend a session that you have booked in for unless ample notice (1-2 weeks) in advance is given to the OSCAR Coordinator so that places can be filled with other children to ensure the program is sustainable and can continue to operate. Contact is best received through the OSCAR email and or OSCAR mobile. Late Fees will also be charged should you drop off your child early before 8:15am for Holiday Programs or pick up late after 5:15pm or for Afterschool care after 5:30pm at the rate of $5.00 per 15mins before or over.
Pricing - Te Ohaka o Ngti Hine OSCAR program reserves the right to update fees when required. Customers will be notified with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. The current pricing plans are in place as of September 1st 2023: Afterschool Care $11.25 non-WINZ or $12.25 for WINZ clients per child per day from 3pm - 5:30pm and Holiday Programme $35.00 per child per day whom do NOT receive WINZ subsidy and $50.00 per child per day for children whom receive WINZ subsidy. These fees are to ensure the sustainability of the programme. WINZ eligibility has increased to include more low - middle income families. Families who wish to apply for WINZ subsidies MUST ensure to submit their paperwork directly to Work and Income following getting the OSCAR Coordinator to complete our part on behalf of the program.
