About Kids Coastal Oasis Ltd
Our programmes have been designed to create a safe environment for our children to enjoy their time after school in a safe and homelike setting.
We have a strong community and family focus and build healthy relationships with our parent s and students.
Our afternoons are set up to include:
- free play
- sports activities
- arts and crafts
- card and board games
- sit down afternoon tea
We have passionate dedicated staff and children feel safe in knowing the same staff are here everyday.

Terms & Conditions
1. .ENROLMENT
Only enrolled children, full or part time will be accepted into After School Care & Breakfast Club. Casual bookings on days that the child is not enrolled could be done by booking on Enrolmy . A text message will be sent back to confirm. Please do not accept that the booking has been done without receiving a confirmation text.
2.COLLECTION OF CHILD(REN)

Children must be collected from OASISno laterthan 6:00pmeach day. A late fee of$20 per fifteen minutes, or part thereof, from 6:00pm will be charged
3.DROPPING OFF CHILD(REN)
Children are not to be dropped off before 7:00am for Breakfast Club.
4.ATTENDANCE & SIGN IN
Children are expected to be at OASIS for every day they are booked unless OASIS has been notified otherwise. Parents/caregiversmust Sign Infor Breakfast Club.
5.PICK UP & SIGN OUT
Children must be collected from OASIS by 6:00pm. Upon collection, parents/caregiversmust Sign Out.

Parents/caregivers must advise OASIS if their child(ren) are being picked up from OASIS by someone other than themselves prior to pick up.
6.ILL CHILDREN
Ill children will not be permitted to attend OASIS. Normal fees will be charged.
7.ABSENCES
OASIS office should be notified of absences via text or phone 021 195 8194 before 9.00am on any day a child will not be attending.
- Absences notified on the day will incur the usual fee.
- Absences notified with 24-hour notice will incur 50% of the usual fee. The 50% credit for these days will be done at the end of term and issued a credit note for the next term.
- Notice for absences longer than 3 consecutive days must be given to the manager two weeks in advance. Credit for 50% of the usual fee will only be given for a maximum of 10 days absence per year enrolled. This will be calculated pro rata.
8.FEES
Fees are invoiced fortnightly in advance. We do accept these invoices paid weekly in advance. Fees not received by Tuesday will be followed up with a text and phone call. Kids Coastal OASIS reserves the right to engage the services of collection agencies if account holders should default on their account.
Two weeks notice is required forleavingthe programme and also whenreducing or changingthe number of days required. The full fee will apply during these 2 weeks notice period.
10.BEHAVIOUR
OASIS reserves the right to exclude children from the Programme for children whose behaviour prejudices the safety or health of others.
11.CONTACT DETAILS
Kids Coastal OASIS shall be advised of any change in contact details for the parents/caregivers of the children.
12.CUSTODY ISSUES
Kids Coastal OASIS shall be notified of any custody issues relating to the child(ren) with necessary documentation.
13.GENERAL
Parents/caregivers should ensure:
That their child(ren) know when they are to be attending OASIS and inform their school that they are attending OASIS.
That they advise OASIS of any situation or environment which may be troubling or upsetting for the child(ren) &That children go to the pickup point after school without delay
14.MEDICAL
If necessary, the Manager may arrange for urgent medical attention for the child(ren), the cost of which is to be met by the Parents/Caregivers.
15.PRIVACY ACT 1993
Information of children held by Kids Coastal Oasis will not be made available to third parties and will only be accessible to authorised staff members. At any time, parents/caregivers may request to see their child(ren)s information.
16.DISCLAIMER
a) Kids Coastal Oasis endeavours at all time to provide a safe and secure environment. Neither Kids Coastal Oasis nor the staff employed by Kids Coastal Oasis accept personal liability for any act of omission arising from any activity of any session
b) OASIS reserves the right to change any of the programme activities.
c) If your child(ren) damages any property belonging to OASIS, you may be charged for the cost of repairing or replacing that property or for any related insurance excess.
17.BINDING AGREEMENT
a) This is a binding agreement between Kids Coastal Oasis and the parents or guardians of the child(ren) enrolled.
b) By enrolling your child you have read and understood the programme and the information provided and hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions detailed above.
