About Playzone Kids Club Limited
**🌈 Before School, After School & Holiday Club – Ages 4–11**
**A welcoming place for fun, friendship and happy moments 💛**
Our clubs offer children aged **4–11 years** a caring and welcoming place to spend time before school, after school and during the school holidays. We want club to be somewhere children look forward to coming—a place where they feel included, make friends and enjoy being themselves.
For children, it’s often the little things that make a day special: seeing a familiar face, being invited to join a game, creating something they’re proud of or discovering an activity they love. Whether your child arrives with friends or is joining us for the first time, our aim is to help them settle in, feel comfortable and find their place.
**💬 Club through a child’s eyes**
“What will we do today? Will my friends be there? Can we play that game again?”
These are the moments we hope children look forward to. From sharing a laugh during a game to making a new friend at the craft table, club is about more than keeping busy. It’s about feeling welcome, building confidence and going home with stories to tell. ✨
**☀️ A positive start before school**
Our Before School Club gives children a friendly and relaxed start to their day. With time to see friends, play and enjoy activities before lessons begin, we aim to help children head into school feeling settled and ready for the day ahead.
**🎒 Time to unwind after school**
After a busy school day, children need space to relax, have fun and choose how they spend their time. Our After School Club offers opportunities to get creative, enjoy active games, catch up with friends or take part in quieter activities.
**🌻 Holiday days filled with fun**
Our Holiday Club gives children time to explore, try new things and enjoy a variety of activities during the school holidays. With opportunities for creativity, active play and shared adventures, we aim to make each day something to look forward to.
**⭐ Something for every child**
Across our clubs, activities may include:
- 🎨 Arts, crafts and creative projects
- ⚽ Sports, games and team challenges
- 🌳 Outdoor play
- 🧩 Puzzles, construction and board games
- 🎭 Imaginative play and themed activities
- 📚 Quieter activities and time to relax
Activities vary between sessions to suit the time available and the children attending. We recognise that every child is different: some love to get involved straight away, while others need a little time and encouragement. Our friendly team aims to support children at their own pace, adapting activities where appropriate for different ages, interests and abilities.
**💛 Peace of mind for parents and carers**
We know how much it matters to feel confident about where your child spends their time. Our priority is to provide a safe, caring and supportive environment where children feel happy, listened to and included.
Whether you’re dropping your child off before work, arranging care after school or planning for the holidays, we want you to feel reassured that their wellbeing matters to us. We aim to build familiar, trusting relationships so that children feel comfortable and parents feel confident leaving them in our care.
Above all, we want children to leave with a smile, a story to share and something to look forward to next time. 😊
**We look forward to welcoming your family to our club! 🌈**

These Terms & Conditions set out the arrangements for children attending PlayZone Kids Club Ltd. Parents/carers are asked to read them carefully and ensure that the Club is kept informed of any changes affecting their child.
PlayZone Kids Club provides childcare for children aged 4–11.
Term time places are available to children attending Langtoft School. During the school holidays, children from surrounding schools are also welcome.
A completed Online Enrolment Form must be submitted by a parent/legal guardian before a child can attend PlayZone Kids Club.
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied on the Online Enrolment Form is accurate and kept up to date, particularly emergency contact, medical, allergy and collection information.
Term-time places may be booked for regular attendance on one or more days per week. Occasional or ad hoc bookings may also be accepted, subject to availability.
Regular term-time bookings remain in place until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Holiday Club places should be booked in advance.
Parents/carers agree to pay a one-off registration fee of £15.00 per child.
Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in childcare being suspended or the child's place being withdrawn.
Regular term-time bookings are fixed until terminated in writing.
At least one month's written notice is required to cancel or reduce a regular term-time booking.
Booked sessions are charged at the full applicable rate if a child does not attend.
Ad hoc term-time bookings cannot be cancelled. Once an ad hoc session has been booked, the full applicable fee will be payable regardless of whether the child attends.
Once a Holiday Club session has been booked, the session will be charged at the full applicable rate if the child does not attend unless at least 5 working days' notice of cancellation is provided.
Children must be collected by their parent/carer or an authorised adult.
If somebody other than the usual authorised person will be collecting a child, the Club must be informed of the alternative arrangements.
Parents/carers must provide at least two suitable emergency contacts who are able to collect their child if required. These details should be provided on the Online Enrolment Form and kept up to date.
Year 6 children may only leave the Club unaccompanied where the Club has received written permission from their parent/legal guardian.
The Club closes at 6:00pm.
Parents/carers should make every reasonable effort to ensure their child is collected by this time and should contact the Club as soon as possible if they expect to be delayed.
A late collection charge of £10.00 for each 15-minute period after 6:00pm will apply.
Where possible, parents/carers should arrange for an authorised alternative adult to collect their child if they are unable to arrive before closing time.
Children who are unwell should not attend the Club.
Where applicable, children must remain away from the Club for the appropriate exclusion period. The Club's current exclusion period following sickness is 48 hours.
If a child becomes unwell while attending the Club, staff will contact the parent/carer or an emergency contact and may request that the child is collected.
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring that the contact and emergency contact information supplied on the Online Enrolment Form is kept up to date.
Parents/carers must inform PlayZone Kids Club of any medication their child requires while attending the Club.
Where medication is to be administered by Club staff, the appropriate written parental/carer consent and medication documentation must be completed.
The administration, storage and recording of medication will be carried out in accordance with PlayZone Kids Club's Medication Policy.
Parents/carers should refer to the Medication Policy for full details of the Club's procedures and requirements relating to medication.
Parents/carers must provide the Club with accurate and up-to-date information regarding their child's allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions, disabilities, special educational needs or other additional needs.
This information must be provided on the Online Enrolment Form, and parents/carers must notify the Club promptly if any information subsequently changes.
The Club will work with parents/carers to understand and, where reasonably possible, accommodate each child's individual needs.
The Online Enrolment Form includes authorisation for the Play Leader to act in loco parentis where necessary.
If a parent/legal guardian cannot be contacted in an emergency, the Club may take appropriate action to obtain necessary medical treatment for the child.
The welfare and safety of the child will be the Club's primary consideration in an emergency.
Children are expected to behave in a way that supports the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of everyone attending the Club.
Physical, verbal or emotional abuse, bullying, persistent aggression and other seriously disruptive behaviour will not be accepted.
The Club will normally work with the child and their parent/carer to address behavioural concerns.
Persistent or serious unacceptable behaviour may result in a parent/carer being asked to collect their child and, where appropriate, suspension or termination of the child's place in accordance with the Club's relevant policies.
The welfare of children attending PlayZone Kids Club is paramount.
The Club maintains safeguarding procedures and staff are expected to follow the Club's safeguarding requirements.
Where there is a safeguarding concern, information may be shared with appropriate agencies where necessary to protect a child.
