Terms & Conditions
Please ensure you have read and understood the information when you enrolled related to the specific class you are enrolling for.
Fees are calculated on a term basis of 9 lessons or equivalent, and a refund or credit cannot be offered if a child misses a class. If a child is suffering from a long-term illness or equivalent, then this will be considered on an individual basis. Fees are due by the third class of each term. If fees remain unpaid by the end of the term and no arrangement has been accepted, the student cannot be enrolled for the following term. Fees include GST. Payment is to be made by internet banking unless an arrangement is made to pay cash. Credit card payments are not accepted due to additional costs.
Arts a Go Go reserves the right to dismiss students who are consistently disruptive or who are negatively affecting the safety or enjoyment of other students.
From time to time, photos and videos of students in lessons and shows may be used for teaching and promotional purposes, including social media and websites. Please make sure your permissions are updated on your Enrolmy account.
Parents are able to observe the lessons for Danzworx, Little Mozarts, Bubbles and Intro classes only. For other classes, beyond the first day of term, parents and siblings are not to stay in the room where dance, drama or singing instruction is taking place unless it is parent viewing day.
Teachers will administer first aid as necessary. Parents will be contacted if teachers or students feel they need to be. In the event of an emergency, an ambulance will be called.
Please inform, and discuss in person with, your child's teacher if your child has a serious medical condition or particular learning need.
While every effort is made to remind parents of things coming up at Arts a Go Go and Danzworx, it is parents’ responsibility to read notices and emails. Updates can also be found on the Arts a Go Go and Danzworx Facebook pages and groups, and www.artsagogo.co.nz and www.danzworx.co.nz
