Terms & Conditions
Upon registering my child for this programme, I understand that I agree to all the terms & conditions as below.
I give permission for my child/children to participate in all activities as stated in the programme. I acknowledge that my child/children will receive reasonable care and attention for their health and safety while in attendance. While every care will be taken, Te Awamutu Primary School, management and employees take no liability for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever occurring.
I am also aware that any damage caused by the children listed above, is payable by myself. In event of an accident or illness, I authorise obtaining on my behalf medical assistance, if it is deemed necessary by staff and will meet any expenses incurred. (Emergency contacts to be contacted in case of emergency)
The programme operates from 7.00-8.30am and 3.00-6.00pm, the fees are $1 per minute per child for any late pickups or early drop offs outside these hours. Please ensure upon booking that you choose the correct pick up/drop off times. If you are over your booked time (or early) - eg booked to 4.15 and you collect your child at 4.20 you will be billed in the next time bracket which is 4.45 - the system also switches your booking from the permanent rate to casual, so please ensure you have booked the correct times.
I understand that there are no refunds, all days/hours booked, must be paid for in full whether my child attends or not. Changes to your booking ie- cancelling days, requires seven days notice. (please note that as it is a electronic system it is a full 7 days, down to the hour) The changes will apply after that one-week period.
If your child is absent and we receive a text before 1pm for ASC or 7pm the night prior for BSC, a one-hour fee per child per booked session will apply.
I also understand that I am responsible for my booking - ie adding and cancelling days as required.
I understand that if I choose NOT to sign my child in or out, eg the child walks or bikes to us, or is dropped at the gate, the responsibility of care will transition to Te Awamutu Primary only once the child is signed into the programme and the responsibility of care will transition to myself as soon as my child leaves the school gates.
Invoices are to be paid weekly unless otherwise arranged with management. All accounts to be settled in full each term - if your account is not paid your child will not be able to attend and your account may be sent to a collection agency.
Any costs that are incurred by using a collection agency, including penalty interest and court costs, for unpaid fees, are payable by myself.
Our organisation is committed to keeping children healthy and safe. We may share information with appropriate agencies (such as health and education providers or other agencies involved with your childs life) if sharing that information will protect or improve the safety, health or well-being of a child. Our agency by law can always share information with Oranga Tamariki and the Police.
