Manchester House ASAP offers the wider Feilding community Before School, After School and Holidy programmes.
We have been serving this community since 2003 and have had thousands of children and families access this fun and safe environment over the 21 years of service.
ASAP is an OSCAR registered programme and can provide families with reduced fees when applying for subsidies offered by Work and Income.
ASAP treats every family as individuals and we work very hard at growing our children socially.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ENROLLMENT WITH MANCHESTER HOUSE ASAP
- Enrollments will only be accepted through Enrolmy
- Safety forms must be completed for all members of the family before bookings can be completed
- Ensure all medical information that is necessary to the care of your family is included in your safety form information
- Ensure that your family's security with regard to photo use is identified on your family's safety form
- Changes to your family's details must be entered into Enrolmy and remains the responsibilty of the placeholder (Parent/Guardian)
ATTENDANCE
- Families are to be collected no later than 5:30pm each day. A penalty fee may be charged for failure to collect children by this time.
- In every occasion that your family will not be attending a booked session for after school care, ASAP must be informed by either text on 021 1062937, email to asap@mhss.org or recorded message on 06 323 555. Non-attendance incurs a fee for booked space. Non-attendance without notification incurs a whole session fee of $25.50.
- Only persons appropriately identified on the safety form will be allowed to pick up your family. You may from time to time add further people for pick up on an ad hoc basis by either text or email. This is to ensure we have identified the registered guardian. We recommend that if you are going to use a further pick up contact more than once, that they are added to your safety form in Enrolmy.
- Non-attendance of a holiday programme day will incur a half day charge.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Manchester House ASAP must be advised of any situation or circumstance surrounding your family that may affect their care while attending ASAP.
- In the event of a medical emergency Manchester House ASAP may need to arrange urgent medical treament and will contact your designated health practitioner or Ambulance first and then contact the primary caregiver immediately.
- It is ultimately the responsibility of the caregiver to ensure that your family act in an appropriate manner while attending Manchester House ASAP. Behaviour that consistently affects the quality of care available to all children may result in suspension or removal from the programme as set out in the Behaviour Management Policy (A link to our Policies and Procedures is available under the Terms and Conditions. A hard copy is available in the ASAP center
