General Information
By enrolling your child(ren) in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These outline our payment process, operational requirements, and participation policies.
- Infant Club: €50 deposit required at registration, refundable with one month’s written notice.
- Breakfast Club: €50 deposit required, refundable with one month’s written notice.
- Afterschool Club: €100 deposit per child, refundable with one month’s written notice.
- A 5% sibling discount applies when more than one child from the same family attends the Afterschool Club (5-day full afternoon attendance only).
- Discount applies to the second and any additional children.
- Parents must provide a valid NCS subsidy code to avail of subsidised rates.
- It is the parent’s responsibility to renew expired codes promptly.
- Any gaps or interruptions in subsidy due to missing or expired codes are the parent’s financial responsibility.
- Kids Inc is not liable for unpaid fees caused by delays in submitting valid subsidy codes.
- To receive the subsidy from the first week, parents must complete and submit CHICK details on Enrolmy at least four weeks before the child starts, to allow processing time.
- Failure to renew the CHICK code on time will result in full fees being charged.
- Parents/guardians must apply for the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) via the Hive portal on www.gov.ie; the service provider is not responsible for this application.
- NCS subsidy is only applied once claimed hours are submitted and confirmed on the NCS Portal.
- All fees must be paid by Direct Debit.
- Annual fees are charged over 190 days, based on the weekly fee × 38 weeks as listed in the Hive.
- Bookings are for the full academic year.
- Two weeks’ prepayment is required in mid-August and mid-June annually.
- Fees are invoiced every two weeks in arrears.
- Payments must include the invoice number.
- Failed Direct Debit payments incur a €50 late administration fee.
- Invoices unpaid after 5 days incur a €50 late fee.
- A small charge of €2 per week per family will apply for this visible fee account service. If you prefer to opt out, please email noaccount25@kidsinc.ie.
- Be sure to include:
- Your child’s name / Your full name / The school your child attends

- Camps operate only if a minimum of 12 children register.
- Camp fees must be prepaid to secure a place; unpaid bookings will be forfeited.
- In-Service Morning Care availability depends on staffing and minimum numbers; booking must be confirmed in advance.
- €1.00 per minute (or part thereof) charged for late collection.
- Fee payable directly to the centre.
- Cancelling your child’s place requires submission of a new application for future placements.
- Four weeks’ written notice by email is required for cancellations or changes (e.g., swapping or reducing days). Without notice, regular fees apply.
- Maximum of two booking changes allowed per academic year.
- No cancellations allowed during September or June.
- New applications are subject to availability at the time of reapplication.
- Casual bookings are not permitted; only emergency care considered.
- Centre’s Area Manager must be contacted and approve emergency care arrangements.
- Emergency care availability is not guaranteed and requires prior approval.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to abide by all centre policies and procedures (see attached document).
- Consent is given for headshot photos of children for identification and staff recognition only.
- Parents must inform the service in advance if their child is not attending
- Bookings begin on the first day of the new school year (August/September) and must be made for the full academic year.
- Invoices are issued biweekly and accessible via the parent fee account on Enrolmy. Payment is required for all booked sessions regardless of attendance unless alternative arrangements are made.
- Parents must keep their profiles updated on Enrolmy and notify the Area Manager of any changes by email.
- Aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal of the child from the service.
