About The Melody Room
The Melody Room is a music studio based on a beautiful property in Kumeu, Auckland. We are here to help you on your music journey! Come and learn how to sing, or how to play the piano. We also host group classes in marimba, and a ladies choir. Please email info@themelodyroom.co.nz for more information. We are more than happy to have a chat about you or your child's musical goals.

Terms & Conditions
- Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Term bookings must be paid in full before the programme begins. We do not allow weekly payment arrangements.
- For a whole term of lessons, classes missed by individuals can not be made up or refunded.
- UNABLE TO ATTEND A CLASS - Rene should be contacted by email, phone or text at least 24 hours before if you or your child is unable to attend a lesson.
- REFUNDS - Term bookings can not be refunded once classes have started, unless special circumstances are discussed with and accepted by Rene.
- CANCELLATION - If a single term lesson or class has to be cancelled due to outside circumstances and through no fault of The Melody Room, a make up class will be provided but regrettably no refund can be made. If your teacher is sick or cannot attend a lesson or class, a make up class will be provided, and you will be notified in advance (as much as possible).
- CANCELLATION OF A TERM GROUP CLASS: If a whole term group class has to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers (less than 10) you will be notified one week before the first class.
- In the event of a lockdown lessons will continue via ZOOM. Please ensure you are able to commit to this before registering for lessons. We are happy to help you get set up to learn via ZOOM.
- ONE lesson may be made up only for missed lessons due to sickness. If you are ill please endeavour to arrange a lesson via ZOOM.
