Important Information

Any changes to bookings after Sunday 5pm of each week.... need to be made by txting 027 485 3038 please.

ABSENT CHARGES FOR BEFORE SCHOOL CARE
EARLY NOTIFICATION: If we are notified before 6pm of the night before care is booked, there will be no charge.

LATE NOTIFICATION: If we are notified after 6pm of the night before care is booked, but before 7am of the next morning, you will be charged the full fee of the booking for that day.

NO NOTIFICATION: If we are notified after 7am or if there is no notification at all, there will be an extra $10 per child, per session, penalty fee charged on top of the full fee of the booking for that day. This will be invoiced separately at the end of every month.

EARLY NOTIFICATION: If we’re notified before 12.30pm of the day care is booked, there’ll be no charge.

LATE NOTIFICATION: If we’re notified after 12.30pm, but before 2.30pm, you'll be charged the full fee of the booking for that day.

NO NOTIFICATION: If we are not notified before 2.30pm, or if there is no notification at all, there will be an extra $10 per child, per day, penalty fee charged on top of the full fee of the booking for that day. This will be invoiced separately at the end of every month.

REMINDER: There is a $1 per minute, per child, charge for any pickups after 6pm.

PLEASE USE TXT MESSAGING, IF AVAILABLE, AS YOUR MAIN WAY OF COMMUNICATION REGARDING BOOKING CHANGES INCL. LATE ABSENTEES AND LAST MINUTE CASUAL BOOKINGS (which we cannot guarantee will always be possible)… 027 485 3038 (This is so we have something to refer back to if needed).

Regular bookings can be altered by parents/caregivers up to 5pm Sunday of each week. Otherwise, please contact Kids Zone.
