Commitment to Accessibility

At Enrolmy, we are committed to ensuring that our booking platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. We strive to provide a digital experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, aligning with the principles outlined in EN 301 549.

Conformance Status

Enrolmy has been tested with industry standard tools and is 95%+ compliant with WCAG 2.2, as required by the EAA for products and services placed on the market after June 28, 2025. We have tried to ensure our platform is accessible to a wide range of users, including those with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We have implemented features such as, screen reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, and alternative text for images to enhance accessibility.

Non-Compliant Areas

While we have achieved a high level of compliance, a small number of areas may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria due to technical limitations or ongoing development. These include:

  • Certain Aspects to the Parent Portal: This is undergoing a rebuild and WCAG 2.2 will be a focus of this new version.
  • Hierarchy tags are currently skipped in a couple of areas in the site eg H1,H2,H3,H4, this will be addressed in future updates planned.
