Women's Gymnastics is a beautiful blend of daring, control, elegance, strength, and power. It helps develop flexibility and coordination while also teaching athletes resilience, self confidence and that with the right mindset and hard work you can achieve amazing things. At Mitchelton Youth Club our Women's Gymnastics classes follow the current Australian Levels Program.
 
Our Beginner Women's Gymnastics Class is the starting point for all our young gymnasts. This class is arguably the most important class in our Womens' Gymnastics program as it gives our athletes the foundation strength, skills and shapes that they will use and build on for their entire gymnastics career. Our qualified coaches keep a close eye on each gymnast's development and will encourage continual progression through the levels. Our beginner class is always open to new members and welcomes athletes who have completed Prep at school* up to 8yrs.
