Run by Laura Fergusson Trust

The Laura Fergusson Trust Accessible Gym Programme is a 12-week, group-based exercise programme designed specifically for people living with physical disabilities.

Delivered by the experienced team at ABI Rehabilitation, this programme provides a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can improve strength, mobility, balance, fitness, and overall wellbeing. Sessions are tailored to individual abilities and goals, with guidance from clinicians who understand the unique challenges and opportunities associated with physical disability.

Thanks to funding support from Laura Fergusson Trust, the programme is subsidised, making specialist rehabilitation exercise more accessible for people who may otherwise face barriers to participating in regular physical activity.

Whether your goal is to improve confidence, increase independence, maintain physical function, or connect with others in a supportive environment, this programme offers an opportunity to take part in meaningful exercise that supports long-term health and wellbeing.
