Terms & Conditions
- Enrolment & Fees
- All programme fees must be paid in full prior to attendance.
- Fees are non-refundable. Credit may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organiser.
- Attendance
- A late pick-up fee will apply if a child is not collected by the agreed finishing time.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants are dropped off and collected on time.
- Health & Safety
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information at the time of enrolment.
- If a participant becomes unwell, a parent/guardian will be contacted to collect them.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the child.
- Behaviour
- Positive and respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
- The organiser reserves the right to remove a participant from the programme if behaviour is consistently disruptive or unsafe.
- Personal Belongings
- The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought to the programme.
- Media & Content
- By enrolling, parents/guardians give permission for photos or videos taken during the programme to be used for promotional and social media purposes by the organiser, unless otherwise requested in writing.
- Changes & Cancellations
- The organiser reserves the right to alter activities, schedules, or staffing if required.
- In the unlikely event the programme is cancelled by the organiser, a refund or credit will be offered.
