Terms & Conditions
Jamboree Socials Over 18s – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Jamboree Over 18 Socials. These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations, requirements, and procedures for participating in our trips, activities, and holidays. By booking a place on any Jamboree Socials outing, you agree to abide by the following terms.
Jamboree Socials
Our Jamboree Socials vary from a curry at a local curry house to trips to Spain or London. Each member is assigned a key worker who supports them throughout the event to ensure that they are having fun whilst keeping safe.
All outings are staffed by qualified professionals trained in:
- Medication administration
- Alternative Communication methods used by all the team to ensure equality and inclusion (e.g. Makaton, PECS)
- First aid and safeguarding
Participation Requirements
To join Jamboree Socials, all members must have the following in place otherwise participation is not permitted:
1. Valid ID
Many venues require ID for entry, even if you do not drink alcohol. We highly recommend that you get a citizenship card @ https://www.citizencard.com
Other accepted forms of ID include:
- Passport
- Driving licence
2. Bank Card
We require all members to have their own bank cards as many venues are now cashless.
This can be either a standard bank card through main high street banks such as Halifax, Lloyds, Barclays, Post Office etc or members can use prepaid cards with access for balance tracking. This allows parents to top up money as and when it’s needed e.g. https://www.revolut.com, https://monzo.com
Booking Process
- We will notify you of upcoming trips, dates and costs through our Jamboree Socials communication channels.
- The activities will be available to book on Enrolmy and will be given on a first come first served basis.
- If a trip is full, your name will be added to our waiting list and we will notify you if a space becomes available. Sometimes we may expand the trip if we have enough people.
Cancellations

- If you cancel, we will attempt to fill your spot. If successful, you may receive a refund (minus deposit).
