Over the past 20 years Freestyle have established itself as a leading coaching and childcare provider across Northamptonshire. Across this period we have carefully built a team of fully insured and qualified leaders with expertise in a diverse selection of services and activities to support the requirements of each and every school, parent and child.
We are committed to maximising the access children have to the quality delivery of a wide range of coaching and childcare activities. We currently deliver over 450 clubs alongside 300 hours of curriculum delivery on a weekly basis.
Our ethos is to create an environment through an holistic approach whereby every child feels comfortable to express themselves.

Terms & Conditions
Freestyle Wraparound Care Club – Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Freestyle Soccer Academy Ltd for Freestyle Wraparound Care Club (“Freestyle”, “we”, “our”).
By making a booking, you accept and agree to these terms.
1. Booking
- All bookings should be made via our online booking system, unless agreed otherwise.
- You will receive a booking confirmation email. Please check it carefully and notify us within 7 days if anything is incorrect.
- If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact us.
- Your booking is not complete until you receive email confirmation.
- Fees are shown at the time of booking.
- We accept credit/debit card, childcare vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
- Where vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare are used, funds must reach us on the same day as booking.
- If a payment plan is agreed, it must be followed in full. Missed payments may result in cancellation.
- For unpaid accounts:
- A reminder email will be issued.
- A second reminder will be issued after 14 days.
- The account may be closed and attendance suspended after 30 days if payment remains outstanding.
- Changes can be made up until the start of the booked session, subject to availability.
- Changes are only confirmed once acknowledged via email by Freestyle.
- Freestyle may adjust activities due to weather, attendance levels or other circumstances. These changes do not qualify for a refund.
- All bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and once capacity is reached, no further bookings will be permitted.
- Freestyle cannot guarantee that places will be available for ad hoc bookings. Available places will be shown on the Enrolmy website.
- Places are only guaranteed for recurring bookings.
- Freestyle will not refund the cost of any service, subscription or booking missed by the customer for any reason.
- If a booking is cancelled by Freestyle and we cannot provide a reasonable alternative service or reschedule the session, we will issue the customer a full refund for the specific event cancelled.
- Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of their delivery may be transferred or credited to your account, with any credit valid for 3 months.
- If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no transfers or credits will apply.
- If a customer cancels a recurring order during a block, 2 weeks’ notice is required from the time the request is received via email. Any sessions booked within the following two-week period will still be charged. The child may continue to attend during this period.
- Discount codes and vouchers:
- Are valid for single use and are non-transferable.
- Must be used before their expiry date.
- Cannot be combined with other offers.
- May be withdrawn or refused if misused.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are providing consent for Freestyle professionals to administer all necessary first aid to your child as required.
- Freestyle cannot be held responsible and does not accept responsibility for any loss of, or damage/injury to, a person or property in connection with these sessions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
- All medical and behavioural conditions of participants attending Freestyle events must be fully disclosed in writing at the time of booking or provided in writing to the Freestyle representative.
- All allergies of participants attending Freestyle events must be fully disclosed in writing at the time of booking or provided in writing to the Freestyle representative.
- All Freestyle professional representatives hold appropriate safeguarding and Enhanced DBS certification and have completed relevant safer recruitment requirements.

- Children must be collected by the end of their booked session and no later than the advertised closing time of the provision.
- If you are unexpectedly delayed, you must contact Freestyle Wraparound Care as soon as possible.
- Where appropriate, parents/carers should arrange for another authorised adult to collect their child.
- Where a child is collected after the end of the session or collection period that has been booked, Freestyle reserves the right to charge for the next available booking period.
- Where a child remains in our care after the advertised closing time of the provision, a late collection fee of £5 for every 10 minutes, or part thereof, per child may be charged.
- Late collection charges will therefore be:
- Up to 10 minutes late – £5 per child
- 11–20 minutes late – £10 per child
- 21–30 minutes late – £15 per child
- 31–40 minutes late – £20 per child
- Any late collection fee may be added to the customer’s account and will be payable in accordance with Freestyle’s normal payment terms.
- Freestyle recognises that exceptional circumstances can occur and any late collection charge may be reviewed at management’s discretion.
- Where a parent/carer cannot be contacted, Freestyle will attempt to contact the child’s authorised emergency contacts.
- The child will remain appropriately supervised and reassured at all times.
- If a child remains uncollected for an extended period and parents/carers or emergency contacts cannot be reached, Freestyle will follow its safeguarding procedures and may seek advice from Children’s Social Care and/or the Police where necessary.
- Persistent late collection may result in a formal warning.
- Where a child is collected late on three or more occasions within a half-term, Freestyle reserves the right to review, suspend or withdraw the child’s place.
- The safety and wellbeing of the child will remain our priority at all times.
- Freestyle cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings whilst attending Freestyle events.
- No electronic tablets, mobile phones or recording devices are permitted to be used by children during attendance at any event.
