EDGE Football ID is a football performance and talent identification programme designed to help young players maximise their potential through elite coaching, performance analysis, and professional development insight.
We work with motivated players who want more than just weekly training offering an academy-style environment that focuses on technical quality, game understanding, athletic development, and mindset.
Our sessions combine:

EDGE Football ID – Terms, Conditions & Policies

1. Bookings & Registration
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official booking platform or authorised EDGE Football ID channels.
1.2 A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
1.3 Parents/guardians must ensure all registration information is accurate and up to date.

2. Payments & Fees
2.1 All session fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 EDGE Football ID reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.
2.3 Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session start date are eligible for a refund or account credit.
3.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of the session start date are non-refundable.
3.3 Non-attendance without notice is non-refundable.
3.4 Refunds, where applicable, may take up to 10 working days to process.

4. Provider Cancellations
4.1 EDGE Football ID reserves the right to cancel or amend sessions due to:
- Weather conditions
- Low participant numbers
- Staff illness
- Venue unavailability
- Unforeseen circumstances
4.2 If EDGE Football ID cancels a session, a refund or credit will be offered.

5. Weather & Environmental Conditions
5.1 Sessions run in most weather conditions.
5.2 Sessions may be cancelled or adapted if conditions are deemed unsafe, including:
- Extreme weather
- Unsafe playing surfaces
- Lightning, ice, or high winds
5.3 Parents will be informed as early as reasonably possible of any changes.

6. Attendance & Timings
6.1 Players must arrive on time and be collected promptly at the end of the session.
6.2 EDGE Football ID cannot accept responsibility for players outside session times.
6.3 Persistent late collection may result in removal from future sessions.

7. Player Behaviour & Conduct
7.1 Players are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and peers at all times.
7.2 EDGE Football ID reserves the right to remove a player from a session if behaviour:
- Poses a safety risk
- Disrupts others
- Is deemed inappropriate
7.3 No refunds will be issued for removals due to behaviour.

8. Health, Medical & Safety
8.1 Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking.
8.2 Players must not attend sessions if unwell or contagious.
8.3 EDGE Football ID staff are first-aid trained and may administer basic first aid if required.

9. Equipment & Kit
9.1 Players must bring suitable kit including:
- Appropriate footwear
- Shin pads (if required)
- Water bottle
- Weather-appropriate clothing
9.2 EDGE Football ID is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

10. Photography & Media
10.1 Photographs or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional or educational purposes.
10.2 By booking, consent is given for media use unless written notice is provided to opt out.

11. Liability
11.1 Participation in EDGE Football ID sessions is at the player’s own risk.
11.2 EDGE Football ID accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where legally required.
11.3 EDGE Football ID is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

12. Data Protection & Privacy
12.1 Personal data is collected solely for operational, safeguarding, and communication purposes.
12.2 Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
12.3 Parents/guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of data where permissible.

13. Amendments to Policies
13.1 EDGE Football ID reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
13.2 Updated versions will be published on our booking platform or website.

14. Governing Law
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
