After school care operates from 3-6pm daily facilitated by the fabulous Twinks Vitali .
This programme includes afternoon tea, supervised and supported home learning time followed by planned experiences as part of daily routines, such as:
- Arts and crafts
- Dance and Drama
- Swimming/sport
- Rhythmic Movement
- Cooking

Please complete an enrolment form for your child including emergency contacts and Student ID.
We have full time and casual bookings available.
This has to be done by 1pm on the day you would like your child to come.
However we do except emergency bookings by ringing the school after 1pm directly and speaking with the Junior school receptionist.
There will be an administration fee of $5 added for this.
Please remember that it is your responsibility as a parent to advise us immediately should any information provided on the original enrolment form change.
Your enrolment form must be reviewed at the beginning of each year for each child or if any custody changes are put in place during the year.
Signing out
The adults only assigned to pick up your child must sign out on the ASC Ipad at the time of pick up.
Your child will be unable to leave ASC if we do not have the correct names on the Enrolment form.
This is for safety and for correct invoicing for ASC
No children may go to Drive through without prior approval from the supervisor.
Late pick up
We are open until 6pm children must be picked up by this time in order to avoid the late pick up fees.
Please call the After School mobile by 5.55pm to let us know the reason you are running late
If there is no call, the supervisor will call the first parent on the enrolment form.

Fee Structure
Full time $25
Part time $12.50
Full fees will be incurred if no cancellations are made before 1pm on the day.
An Administration fee of $5 will be incurred for any bookings needing to be manually entered
Payment of Fees
For all bookings the Accounts department will bill accordingly. If there are any queries regarding your account please contact the supervisor at ASC.
Bookings after 1pm
The number to call for late bookings and late cancellations is 02147849 this is available 24/7 but only manned between the hours of 2-6 pm.
Late pick up
$1 per minute after 6pm. And if a half session is booked the same applies for a late pick up after 4.30pm. After that it turns into a full session.
