INFORMATION SHARING
Whangaparaoa Tennis Club / Court Lab is conscious of the health & safety of your children, when attending junior tennis sessions. Court Lab coaches are regularly police vetted and are familiar with the Tennis NZ Participant Protection Policy, to protect the health, safety and well-being of those who participate in tennis activities.
- When on court, your children are under the supervision of the club coaches. They are required to follow the coaches instructions.
- When your children are not on court, i.e outside the courts, in the clubhouse or in the carpark, then they are not under the coaches supervision and parents are responsible for their supervision.
- Please do not allow you children to play in the carpark, or leave the premises unsupervised. When in the clubhouse, children are not permitted in the kitchen, the bar or to touch the AED (defibrillator)
- If an incident occurs, on or off court, then please inform a club coach and an incident report must be filled out.

Junior members may play casually at other times, when the courts are available. Priority on court use is given to tournaments, club events, club play, interclub, team practices and coaching.
- Parents of Hot Shots / Teen Tennis junior are able to play with their child during casual play periods free of charge .
- Parents must be hitting only with their child and not conducting their own game with adults.
- To play casually at other times, parents are required to pay visitor fees.
