Our Holiday Clinic is returning to Wollongong!!

World u/20 Champ Delta Amidzovski and Couchy are bringing their hugely popular Holiday Workshop back to Fairy Meadow.

3 days $150 or $60 per day

Monday 28 September

Wednesday 30 September

Friday 2 October

Not only is Delta a world-class athlete, she is an exceptional Coach who insists on attention-to-detail, all the while maintaining a friendly rapport with young athletes.

Delta's focus will be on:

Improving Sprint Mechanics
Maximising top-end Speed
Developing powerful Acceleration

Ben will help Field Sport Athletes improve & seamlessly integrate the following qualities into their sports:

Change-of-direction
Acceleration
Deceleration
Conditioning

What to bring

Water Bottle and Snack
Football boots are ideal for Ben's Agility section (sufficient time between stations to change footwear)
Joggers or spikes are best for Delta's Speed section
It's ok just wearing one type of footwear for whole clinic, but sprint spikes CANNOT be worn during Agility section

Terms and Conditions: Couchy's Total Fitness

Welcome to Couchy’s! Before enrolling your child, please review our terms and conditions. These rules ensure a safe & organized environment where all participants can perform at their best.

1. Registration and Enrolment

Participants must meet the age requirements for the specific class.
Registration is complete only after full payment is received.
Parents must provide accurate contact and emergency information.

2. Health, Safety, and Medical Clearance

Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before class.
In most cases, we will be able to work around minor niggles.
Parents authorize coaches to seek emergency medical care if necessary.

3. Class Attendance and Punctuality

Please arrive at, or 5 minutes before, start of class
Please text in advance if your child is running late, as this will help us planning group numbers
Parents are welcome to "drop-and run" but are expected to be at venue for pick-up at end of session

4. Code of Conduct and Behaviour

Children must respect all coaches and other participants.
Bullying, rough play, or foul language will not be tolerated.
Continuous disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the program.
We accept a wide range of ability levels but insist that all attendees genuinely strive to learn & improve. Anyone not meeting our thresholds for effort & concentration may be asked to leave the program in the best interests of other participants.

5. Appropriate Attire and Equipment

Football boots are ideal as they provide optimal grip for our Agility components. In saying that, some may prefer to wear joggers if they seek greater cushioning.
Comfortable, weather-appropriate sportswear is required.
Please bring a labelled water bottle to every class.

6. Weather and Class Cancellations

Classes run in light-moderate rain but may be cancelled for extreme weather.
Alternate venues may be used in the event of ground closures.
Cancellations or venue changes will be communicated via [SMS/Email] before relevant class.
Makeup sessions or credits will be provided for classes cancelled by management.

7. Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations

Fees are non-refundable after the term or session begins.
Missed classes by choice are not eligible for refunds or makeup sessions.
Goodwill credits may be provided in lieu of Injury/Illness lasting 3 weeks or longer at the discretion of management.

8. Photo and Media Release

We occasionally take photos or videos during class for promotional use.
By agreeing, you grant permission to use this media on our website and social media.
If you wish to opt out, please check the box on your registration form or email us.

9. Liability Waiver

All efforts will be made to provide a safe training environment.
Running involves inherent risks of minor injuries like scrapes, bumps, or twists.
Couchy's Total Fitness and its coaches are not liable for personal injuries or lost property.
Parents assume all risks associated with their child's participation.

By completing the registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
