· All enrolments are to be made online using Enrolmy. After making your online booking, your booking is confirmed, and you will receive an e-mail outlining the dates you have booked.
· You can book up until 2pm on the day.
· You understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information, emergency contacts, medical contact and allergy information kept on file by After School Care is always current.
· A booked session cannot be swapped to another day. The session can be cancelled via Enrolmy and a new session booked on the required day.
Fees and Payments
· Fees are as advertised, however are subject to change. After School Care will provide at least one month’s notice of any fee changes
· Full fees are charged for all absences, whether a casual or regular booking that are not cancelled via Enrolmy prior to 2pm on the day of the booked session. The fee is for the booking not for attendance.
· Payments for After School Care can be made by credit or debit card. No cash or cheques or bank transfers will be accepted.
· We reserve the right to withdraw your child from attending future sessions due to non-payment of fees.
Absentees
· Cancellation of your booking must be loaded by the parent via enrolmy prior to 2pm of the booked session.
· If a child has not turned up at the ASC room by 3:45pm then we will contact the parent to check whether the child is expected to be absent.
Signing your child in and out
· Upon arrival at the ASC Room all children must immediately report to one of the ASC Teachers to be signed in. Please re-iterate with your child that they must do this before going to the bathroom.
· Each day when you collect your child, it is essential that you sign your child out of the ASC program using Enrolmy app on the program tablet.
· You agree that you, or an authorized person, will go on site to sign your child out of the ASC. It is your responsibility as parent/caregiver to sign your child out at the appropriate times.
· You acknowledge that if you do not sign your child in or out, that the ASC staff will do so on your behalf.
Collecting your child
· Please remember that ASC closes at 5:30pm. It is essential that your child is collected on time. Our staff are not able to remain on site longer than 5.30 pm and we ask that you are respectful of their time. Should you be late more than twice, we reserve the right to withdraw them from attending.
· The ASC staff will start the contact process 5 minutes before the session is due to close, if they are unable to contact the first guardian, then the second guardian will be contacted and then the emergency contacts.
· If a person arrives to collect your child who has not been authorized, then we are obligated (for your child’s safety) to keep your child in our care until you have been contacted for consent. To save embarrassment for all concerned, we would appreciate prior notification from you on this matter. This can be done by adding them into your Enrolmy profile as an authorized collection person.
Extracurricular activities
· It is the parent’s responsibility to advise ASC via the School Office of any onsite extracurricular activities that your child needs to attend during their ASC sessions.
· Children Y5 and up are able to walk themselves to and from activities onsite from ASC. Children under Y5 will be taken and collected by ASC staff.
· Delivery and collection from extracurricular activities are subject to availability of staff, and as such only a certain number of movements can be allowed for at any given time. The school office will advise you if we are unable to accommodate supervising your child to their activity and you will need to make alternate arrangements for your child.
Health & Safety
· At all times there is a fully stocked First Aid kit on site.
· Minor health & safety accidents/incidents will be treated appropriately by the ASC staff.
· If a serious accident should occur we will attend to the safety and well-being of the child first. This may mean an ambulance or other appropriate form of medical help is sought before the parent is called. We do not transport children to parents, doctors or hospitals.
· Please advise the school office should your child require any medication to be administered during their time at ASC, you will need to complete the Medicine Register and provide the medicine to the school office.
Unacceptable Behaviour
· After School Care maintains a zero-tolerance stance for physical violence, foul language and intentional damage to property or equipment. Parents/caregivers are notified of any disruption caused by their child. If the behaviour is considered a risk to others, your child will be removed immediately and may be excluded from future attendance. You agree to accept the cost of any damage willfully caused by your child and you agree to pick up your child immediately if his/her behaviour is deemed unacceptable. No refund will apply for any session that the child is excluded from.
