At Wise Earth Bush School, we believe in fostering the innate curiosity of conscience people young and old(er), guiding them to explore the world with both wonder and discernment. Our hands-on, journey-based programs are designed to cultivate essential life skills while encouraging social, physical, and emotional growth in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Serving the Byron and Ballina Shires, and now reaching families online, we empower children and their families to navigate future opportunities and challenges with confidence. Our nature-immersion programs, tailored for children aged 0-12, include weekly sessions and enriching school holiday experiences that invite children to connect deeply with themselves, others, and the natural world.
By 2033, we aim to touch the lives of 100,000 families, expanding our mentoring approach into homes, schools, and online spaces. At Wise Earth Bush School, we are committed to nurturing self-awareness, a strong sense of responsibility, and a profound respect for the earth. We inspire young people to reach their fullest potential by blending curiosity with wisdom, encouraging them to explore with a discerning mind and an open heart.

- This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) between you and Wise Earth Bush School Pty Ltd (WEBS), ACN 652 488 474, trading as Wise Earth Bush School, ABN 93 652 488 474. Your enrolment or participation in any program or service provided by WEBS signifies your understanding and agreement to these T&Cs.
For individuals under 18, parental or guardian agreement to these T&Cs is required.Acceptance of Policies and ConditionsBy engaging with WEBS, you:
- Confirm understanding and agreement to WEBSs policies including:
- Non-smoking and zero Drug and Alcohol Policy;
- Code of Conduct; Waiver of Liability;
- Privacy Policy; Cancellation and Pricing Policy, we offer no refunds, and you may not forward any of the sessions to another, all registrations are mandatory either per day or term.
- Make-up-Session; WEBS may offer make-up sessions for illness-based absences subject to availability, and will require direct contact with the WEBS office team for illness reporting, and redeeming make-up sessions.
- Assert that all provided information is accurate, complete, and truthful.
- Agree to supervise your child/children in scenarios where WEBS is not responsible for supervision.
- Commit to safe and respectful conduct within WEBS premises.
- Agree to adhere to dress and safety gear codes, especially when using tools or being near Fire and Water.
- Acknowledge personal property responsibility.
- Understand that WEBS reserves the right to enforce property rules, including denial of entry or service at its discretion.
Whole AgreementThis T&Cs, along with the stated policies, constitute the full agreement between you and WEBS, superseding all prior communications.Amendments and Jurisdiction- WEBS reserves the right to modify these T&Cs as needed.
- Any part of these T&Cs found to be unenforceable will not affect the enforceability of the remaining sections.
- These T&Cs are governed by NSW law, with jurisdictional disputes settled within NSW Courts.
