If a booking has not been made and staff need to make a booking for you a $5 administration fee will be charged.
Absences
Please text 027 207 0094 by 7am on the day of care if your child is going to be absent. Unfortunately a credit will not be issued if your child is absent on the day they are booked in unless a medical certificate is shown.

I acknowledge that by enrolling my child into Mounties Club Before Care, After School Care or the Holiday Programme the supervisor has my permission to arrange any necessary urgent medical treatment at my cost.
All care will be taken to provide supervision of children attending the Before School Care, After School Care or the Holiday Programme in accordance with Mount Maunganui Primary School policy and procedures and that neither the staff nor management of Mounties Club Before School Care , After School Care, the Holiday Programme or the Mount Maunganui Primary School Board of Trustees will be liable for any loss or damage (by way of accident, injury, theft or otherwise) arising out of attendance at Mounties Club Before School Care , After School Care or the Holiday Programme.

Enrolment is finalised upon payment and completion of the ENROLMY online application.
Only enrolled children who have paid fully for the booking will be accepted into care. For your childs safety please inform staff of any relevant changes to your enrolment details.

Food & Drink
Please bring a drink bottle. Breakfast for 7am bookings and afternoon tea will be provided. You can pack extra snacks for your children but please no junk food or fizzy drinks. Please inform us if your child suffers from any food allergies.
Before School Care & After School Care service hours are 7.00 am to 8.30 and then 3.00pm to 5.30 pm daily. (We can consider a slightly later pick up time).
Holiday Programme service hours are Monday to Friday's from 7.00am to 5.30pm.
All bookings must be paid at the time of booking and before your child attends the service. Payment is confirmation of your place in the programme. For your convenience you can pay by credit card (a surcharge fee of 1.85% applies for credit cards) or NZ Bank deposit by internet banking
Late Fee
A late fee of $5.00 per 10 minutes will be charged for all late pickups after 5.30pm.
We require 3 days notice of a cancellation to qualify for a zero charge. To cancel a booking please cancel via enrolmy and let Mounties Club know if within the 3 days.
If a child becomes ill during the programme hours, parents will be called to collect their child. The cost for the day will still apply.
Any medication required for your child must be handed to a staff member upon arrival and a medical form must be recorded.
Children will be reminded to apply sunblock periodically during the day. Hats must always be worn outside in Term 1 and 3.
Our policy is that ALL children attending the Before School Care, After School Care or the Holiday Programme are signed out by an authorised adult. Please add all authorised pickups when you register your child/ren. If another adult needs to collect your child/ren please text or email the name otherwise we are unable to let your child/ren leave. You must use the tablet at all times to sign in and sign out. Last pickup time is 5.30 pm. Late collection will incur late pick up charges of $5.00 per 10 minutes.
There will always be one supervisor that holds a current First Aid Certificate. In the case of an accident involving your child, the staff will contact you. In the event of a civil emergency, staff will remain with children in the centre or a safe place until all children are collected.Parents will at all times be communicated with.
If you have any concerns, please approach a staff member directly in the first instance, they will be happy to assist you. However, if you wish to contact the Principal, Mr Damien Harris, please do so through the school office.
