Camp Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and participation in Children’s Activities delivered by Lifestyle Fitness. By completing a booking and signing the registration documentation, the Parent/Guardian agrees to be bound by the terms set out below.
- “Lifestyle Fitness” refers to the provider of the Children’s Activities
- “Parent/Guardian” refers to the individual with legal parental responsibility for the participating child.
- “Child” refers to the individual enrolled in the Children’s Activities.
- “Children’s Activities” refers to any activity, camp, session, or programme delivered by Lifestyle Fitness.

- Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of participants
- Contacting Parent/Guardians in relation to activities
- Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations

Lifestyle Fitness will treat all personal data as confidential and will not share information with third parties except where required by law or where necessary for legitimate operational purposes.
Lifestyle Fitness may contact Parent/Guardians regarding services, programmes, or promotional offers. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may opt out in writing.
- A Medical Consent Form must be completed by the Parent/Guardian;
- A Medical Administration Form will be completed by the designated on Duty Manager.
- The Parent/Guardian must supply the medication in its original packaging with clear instructions.

6.4 Lifestyle Fitness does not have facilities to care for unwell children. Children who are unwell must not attend. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Unwell” means exhibiting any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, persistent cough, contagious rash, flu-like symptoms, or any other condition that may pose a risk to the health or safety of others. Participants who are deemed Unwell must not attend a Children’s Activity and may only return after being symptom-free for a minimum of 48 hours
6.5 If a Child becomes unwell during a session, the Parent/Guardian will be contacted and required to arrange immediate collection.
6.6 Parent/Guardians must inform Lifestyle Fitness of any contagious conditions, including but not limited to Chicken Pox, Hand, Foot and Mouth or threadworms. Participants who have a contagious condition should not attend a Children’s Activity until they are symptom-free for a minimum of 48 hours.
6.7 Lifestyle Fitness staff are not permitted to administer medication requiring specialist clinical training. Emergency medication (such as inhalers, EpiPens or prescribed auto-injectors) may be administered where appropriate consent and training are in place.
6.8 Parent/Guardian is responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the participant. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from any failure to disclose relevant information, and the Parent/Guardian agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless in respect of any claims resulting from such failure.

By completing the Childs safety form, via the booking software, the Parent/Guardian provides consent for their Child to appear in such photographs and/or recordings
If a Parent/Guardian does not consent to their Child being included in photography or video content, this must be clearly stated on the Booking Form at the time of registration. Lifestyle Fitness will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Child is excluded from promotional imagery where an opt-out has been recorded.
No financial compensation will be provided for the use of images or recordings.

- Activities undertaken against staff instruction;
- Circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, facility closures, or government restrictions)
- Loss, injury, or damage where it has exercised reasonable care and taken appropriate steps to mitigate or remove foreseeable risks.

10.4 Subject to Clause 10.2, Lifestyle Fitness total liability to the Parent/Guardian and/or child in respect of any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Activities, whether arising in contract, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by the Parent/Guardian for the relevant Activity.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Lifestyle Fitness’ liability for:

- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
- Agree to be legally bound by them;
- Provide consent for their Child to participate in the Children’s Activities.
- Lifestyle Fitness reserves the right to review, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in legislation, operational requirements, or business practices. The most current version will be made available via the official booking platform and/or website. Continued booking and participation in Children’s Activities shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Lifestyle Fitness will provide notice of key changes to the Terms and Conditions and the parent/guardian must acknowledge and agree to these changes via the booking software.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
