This is totally dependent on each child – usually necessary in the younger classes, and whenever your child wants you to stay on the sideline works for us!

4. Provider Postponements and Cancellation
4.1 If a session or programme is cancelled by Kickstarters, the attendees of this particular programme will be credited for the affected sessions.
4.2 In the unlikely event of a last-minute session change or cancellation by Kickstarters, a representative of the club will notify you via email or phone with as much notice as possible.
4.3 If Kickstarters decide that there are not enough registrations for your chosen programme, Kickstarters reserve the right to cancel this programme. In this instance, we will offer you either an alternative class, a credit or a refund for the missed sessions.
4.4 No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes
4.5 If a session is unable to be delivered due to bad weather, a postponement session will be organised and communicated to parents/caregivers of the particular programme. If a postponement session is unable to be delivered, a credit will be applied to the affected person's account.

Credits and refunds, where approved, are calculated and issued based solely on the date the written cancellation request is received. No credit or refund will be backdated to any earlier date or verbal communication.
5. Attendee Behaviour and Conduct

In such circumstances, Kickstarters may immediately remove the attendee from the Programme and/or premises, either temporarily or permanently, as deemed appropriate. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided in the event of removal due to unacceptable behaviour. Removal from the Programme will take effect immediately.

7. Cancellation by a Parent/Caregiver
7.1 Fee's are non-refundable due to lack of attendance or lateness to a session.
7.2 All cancellations require a minimum of 14 days’ written notice, submitted by email to kickstarters@aysd.nz.
