GoGo Healthy Kids is a local Physical Activity & Sports provider for active kids in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. Our aim is to improve every child’s physical skills, introduce different sports, boost their confidence, develop teamwork and let kids enjoy an active lifestyle. Most important in our programs is that all children participate at their own level while they are active and having lots of fun.

We started our "GoGo classes" 10 years ago, and they have been an immediate success in the local schools. We are running our classes at various schools in East Sydney and are offering children different Fundamental skills every week such as: balance, speed, hand eye, coordination, strength, stamina, throwing, catching, kicking... The children will also learn in what sports to use these fundamental skills and how to improve their skills.

Through these specially developed activities, GoGo kids will gain the skills, knowledge, confidence, discover their favourite sports & activities so have all attributes to join a sports club. A mix of Fundamental Skills, Physical Activity, Fitness and Sports combined in all our classes and we aim to teach these important life skills in a fun, supportive and team focused environment.
