Terms & Conditions
I agree that:
Enrolment is finalised when the enrolment and safety forms are completed in full on Enrolmy. All enrolments are for a one-month trial period.
I will pay the fees as per the current fee schedule in full each week.
One weeks notice in writing is required to cancel or change a booking. Recurring bookings are considered a bulk booking and individual sessions cannot be cancelled due to absenteeism.
Payment is weekly in arrears for term time, or in full before the commencement of a holiday programme.
All fees to be paid in full by the end of each term, any unpaid fees will have a 20% penalty added to the amount. Any debt collection fees are to be paid by the parent/guardian
Payment through Enrolmy by credit card incurs a fee.
GBKO have a no refund or transfer policy. If fees are not paid for 4 weeks, enrolment will be cancelled.
Where a statutory holiday falls on your regular day, normal fees will be payable during term time.
If a child is sick or away and cannot attend a booked session, fees are still payable.
Children may only be signed out of the programme by a person who is noted on their Enrolmy Authorised Pick Up List. (Unless we have been informed otherwise by a parent/guardian prior to the session)
Late fees are payable if a child is left at the programme outside operating hours, $20 per 15 minutes or part thereof (term time). During holiday programme if children are booked to finish their session at 3pm and are collected after that time, they will be charged for the afternoon session.
I will inform GBKO if my child/ren who are booked into an afternoon or holiday session will not be attending that session. I will do this well before the session begins.
All activities come with some risk and are subject to change due to weather, or events out of our control
If my child is away for any reason, recurring bookings cannot be cancelled and fees are payable to guarantee the child's place on their return. If a child will be away for a month or more, half price fees will apply.
Recurring afternoon or morning sessions cannot be swapped for different days
WINZ Clients:
If a WINZ application is declined, all fees are the responsibility of the parent/guardian
Guardians are responsible for keeping WINZ informed of changes to circumstances or arrangements. They are also responsible for ensuring applications and renewals are lodged prior to the child attending the programme or expiry of the current subsidy.
Medical
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, I understand my child will be taken to hospital in an ambulance if necessary. Parents or a contact person will be notified immediately. All medical costs incurred are at the guardians expense.
Any child with a fever, rash, sticky eyes, diarrhoea or vomiting is required to stay home until 48 hours after symptoms settle.
The government policy on Covid isolation will be followed for children and staff
I agree to my child/ren receiving first aid treatment by staff
If a child arrives to our programme sick or becomes ill during the session parents will be called and asked to collect them.
If your child requires medication, please consult the staff and they will provide you with a form to fill in giving permission and providing details about dosage and when to administer.
Behaviour
We have a zero tolerance for physical violence, foul language, bullying and intentional damage to property or equipment.
If my childs behaviour is considered a risk to themselves of others, my child can be removed immediately and excluded from future attendance
