About Gatley Childcare LTD
At Gatley Childcare LTD we have somewhere safe for children to relax and enjoy themselves before and after school.
We have a wide range of activities for the children to do, from drawing and colouring, to sports outside on the playground and a variety of games and toys to play with.
During breakfast club, we have a variety of cereals and also toast, bagels, crumpets and potato cakes.
For after school club we have snacks depending on the weather, during the summer months we have fruit, veg sticks and dips, sandwiches, yoghurts and wraps. In the winter months we do a warm snack such as cheese on toast, soup, beans on toast and noodles.
Our opening times are 7:30am-9:15am and then 3:00pm-5:45pm

Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions – Out of School Club Bookings
1. Booking & Registration
- All children must be registered with Gatley Childcare LTD before attending.
- Bookings can be made on a regular or ad-hoc basis, subject to availability.
- A completed registration form and any required medical/allergy information must be provided before the first session.
- Fees are payable in advance (Monthly, unless otherwise agreed)
- Late payment may result in suspension of the booking until the account is settled.
- Fees remain payable for booked sessions not attended (including illness), unless cancelled within the notice period.
- Regular sessions: 4 weeks’ written notice required to cancel without charge.
- Cancellations after these periods will be charged in full.
- Children must be signed in and out by an authorised adult.
- Persistent late collection may result in termination of the place.
- We promote a safe, respectful environment.
- Persistent inappropriate behaviour may lead to suspension or termination of the booking.
- Parents must inform staff of any changes to contact details, medical needs, or authorised collectors.
- In the event of illness or accident, we will contact parents immediately.
- If urgent medical attention is required, staff may act in the child’s best interest until a parent arrives.
- Gatley Childcare LTD operates in line with safeguarding, health & safety, and equal opportunities policies (available on request).
- By booking, you agree to abide by these policies.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms with reasonable notice.
