Over the past 20 years Freestyle have established itself as a leading coaching and childcare provider across Northamptonshire. Across this period we have carefully built a team of fully insured and qualified leaders with expertise in a diverse selection of services and activities to support the requirements of each and every school, parent and child.
We are committed to maximising the access children have to the quality delivery of a wide range of coaching and childcare activities. We currently deliver over 450 clubs alongside 300 hours of curriculum delivery on a weekly basis.
Our ethos is to create an environment through an holistic approach whereby every child feels comfortable to express themselves.

Freestyle Wraparound Care Club – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Freestyle Soccer Academy Ltd for Freestyle Wraparound Care Club (“Freestyle”, “we”, “our”).
By making a booking, you accept and agree to these terms.
- All bookings should be made via our online booking system, unless agreed otherwise.
- You will receive a booking confirmation email. Please check it carefully and notify us within 7 days if anything is incorrect.
- If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact us.
- Your booking is not complete until you receive email confirmation.
- Fees are shown at the time of booking.
- We accept: credit/debit card, childcare vouchers, and tax-free childcare.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
- Where vouchers or tax-free childcare are used, funds must reach us on the same day as booking.
- If a payment plan is agreed, it must be followed in full — missed payments may result in cancellation.
- Unpaid accounts:
- Reminder email issued → second reminder after 14 days → account closure and attendance suspended after 30 days if unpaid.

3. Changes to Bookings
- Changes can be made up until the start of the booked session (subject to availability).
- Changes are only confirmed once acknowledged via email by Freestyle.
- Freestyle may adjust activities due to weather, attendance levels, or other circumstances. These do not qualify for a refund.
- All bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis and once capacity is reached, no further bookings will be permitted.
- Freestyle cannot guarantee that places will be available for adhoc bookings, available places will show on the Enrolmy website. Places are only guaranteed for recurring bookings.
- Freestyle will not refund the costs of any service, subscription or booking missed by the customer for any reason.
- If any booking is cancelled by Freestyle and we cannot provide a reasonable alternative service or reschedule then we will issue the customer a full refund for the specific event cancelled.
- Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of their delivery may be transferred or credited to your account (valid for 3 months).
- If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no transfers or credits will apply.
- If a customer cancels recurring order during a block, 2 weeks’ notice is required from the time of receipt of the request via email. Any sessions booked for a 2-week period following this will be charged for. The child can still attend across this period.
- Discount codes/vouchers:
- Valid for single use, non-transferable.
- Must be used before expiry.
- Cannot be combined with other offers.
- May be withdrawn or refused if misused.

6. Health & Safety
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are providing consent for Freestyle professionals to administer all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.
- Freestyle cannot be held responsible and do not accept any responsibility for any loss of or damage/injury to a person or property in connection with these sessions.
- All medical and behavioural conditions of participants attending Freestyle events must be fully disclosed either in writing at the time of booking or in writing and handed to the Freestyle representative.
- All allergies of participants attending Freestyle events must be fully disclosed either in writing at the time of booking or in writing and handed to the Freestyle representative.
- All Freestyle professional representatives hold current Safeguarding and Enhanced DBS check certification and have completed disqualification by association disclaimers. To access our Safeguarding and Child Protection policy please navigate to policies at www.freestylegroup.co.uk.
- Freestyle cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending Freestyle events. No electronic tablets, mobile phones or recording devices are permitted to be used during attendance of any event.
