Court Lab coaches are regularly police vetted and are familiar with the Tennis NZ Participant Protection Policy, to protect the health, safety and well-being of those who participate in tennis activities.
- When on court, your children are under the supervision of the club coaches. They are required to follow the coaches instructions.

- Please do not allow you children to play in the carpark, or leave the premises unsupervised. When in the clubhouse, children are not permitted in the kitchen, the bar or to touch the AED (defibrillator)
- If an incident occurs, on or off court, then please inform a club coach and an incident report must be filled out.

- Parents of Hot Shots / Teen Tennis junior are able to play with their child during casual play periods free of charge .
- Parents must be hitting only with their child and not conducting their own game with adults.
- To play casually at other times, parents are required to pay visitor fees.
