This ensures your child receives highly personalised coaching, maximum ball contact, and the exact right level of challenge for their development stage. Location: Forrest Hill Tennis Centre
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday after school, plus Saturday mornings
Cost: $225 per term, per class
Enrolment: Term enrolments only to ensure consistent group dynamics and skill progression.

Term Dates: 12 October – 12 December 2026 (9-week term)
💡 How the Sessions Work:
Term 4 runs for 9 weeks. Your enrolment secures your child's spot for a specific day's class.
- Enrolling for 1 day a week (e.g., Tuesday class) = 9 sessions total per term ($225).
- Enrolling for 2 days a week (e.g., Tuesday + Thursday classes) = 18 sessions total per term ($450).
Training twice a week is highly recommended for faster skill retention, rapid improvement, and massive court confidence!

🔴 Red Stage (Ages 5–8+)
- The Focus: Fundamental coordination, motor skills, tracking, and basic hitting mechanics.
- The Setup: Played on smaller courts using oversized, low-compression red balls (75% slower than standard). This allows kids to rally almost immediately, building instant confidence and a genuine passion for the game.
🟠 Orange Stage (Ages 8–10+)
- The Focus: Developing court coverage, rally consistency, spin introduction, and basic tactical awareness.
- The Setup: Uses orange balls (50% lower compression) on a mid-sized court, giving players the crucial extra split-second needed to develop proper technique and decision-making.
🟢 Green Stage (Ages 9–11+)
- The Focus: Transitioning to the full court with a heavy focus on advanced stroke technique, multi-directional movement, and structured point construction.
- The Setup: Uses green transition balls (25% lower compression) to perfectly bridge the gap between modified tennis and the full adult game.
🟡 Yellow Stage (Ages 10+)
- The Focus: Advanced technique refinement, tactical match-play strategy, mental routines, and tournament readiness.
- The Setup: Standard yellow tennis balls on a full-size court for confident, competitive players.
