Important Information

ACHIEVERS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND THEIR SCHEDULED SESSION EACH WEEK THROUGHOUT THE TERM. STUDENTS WHO ARE EARLY OR LATE FOR THEIR SESSION OR WHO ATTEND AT THE INCORRECT TIME IMPACT THE LEARNING OF OTHER STUDENTS AND AFFECT OUR STAFFING RATIO. Please ensure your child consistently attends at the correct time and day so every student's learning is optimised during their time with us.

AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED IF YOUR CHILD WILL BE ABSENT. We can only offer a rescheduled session if adequate notice is given.

SESSIONS CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED DURING LIMITED SESSION TIMES THAT DO NOT IMPACT THE LEARNING OF OTHER STUDENTS. We ensure a low staff-student ratio in every session, so students will only be rescheduled when there is a space available on a different day.

SESSIONS CANNOT BE CARRIED OVER OR CREDITED TO THE NEXT TERM AND WE ARE UNABLE TO RESCHEDULE SESSIONS FOR DIFFERENT DAYS/WEEKS DUE TO LIMITED AVAILABILITY.

Your child's enrolment is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full. Please contact Achieve administration if you need to arrange an agreed payment plan for the term.

Invoices can only be created for the parent/guardian/organisation enrolling the student. If there is more than one parent/guardian involved in paying the invoice, they must also provide their details and register as being responsible for payment. Invoices cannot be sent to any party without prior registration.

Failure to pay any invoices will result in the cancellation of the student's enrolment with the parent/guardian/organisation responsible for any debt collection costs.
