Early Drop Off, (between 8am and 9am) - $8
Morning Session - $35
Stay between two sessions - $10
Afternoon Session - $35
Full Day Session - $70
Late Pickup (4pm to 5pm) - $8
Monthly Animal Event - $15
If you have not booked in an early Drop Off, and your arrival is prior to 8:50am, an early fee of $8 will be applied to your account.
If you have not booking in a Late Pickup and your child is not collected within 10 minutes of the programmes finish time, a late fee of $8 will be applied to your account.
If you have a Birthday Party Coupon, please complete your registration form and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your coupon details. The corresponding discount will then be applied to your invoice.
Some programmes qualify for a 10% discount when a family makes three or more bookings. Discounts do not apply to already discounted programmes such as Animal Camps. Only one coupon may be used per event. If a booking qualifies for a change requiring administrative support, a $10 administration fee will apply.
Credit Card fees cannot not be refunded.
GENERAL 1. By booking your child into this session you accept the place and agree to pay for any selected sessions. Payment is required within 2 hours of booking. 2. Only children whose parents/caregiver have completed an enrollment form will be accepted. Wellington SPCA should be informed of any changes to information on enrollment forms. 3. Our Animal Crew programmes are designed for children aged 6 to 15 years of age. Those under 6 years, will be asked to not attend. 4. All children are to be collected no later than 10 minutes following the events scheduled end time. Parents are to advise on the sign in sheet if someone other than the appointed person is collecting children. 5. Bookings must be made in advance by filling in the online booking form provided. If space allows, casual attendance may be allowed. Please contact staff to see if places remain available. 6. Wellington SPCA is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left in the child's possessions. 7. Children will be involved in hands-on animal care activities - while Wellington SPCA takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participants participate at their own risk. 8. In the event of an emergency where we are unable to contact either parent or caregiver we will proceed to administer medication and assist the child as deemed appropriate in the circumstances. We will then contact the emergency contact named on the enrollment form. 9. Parents/caregivers are required to supply children with lunch, drinks, jacket, and sunhat on each day they are attending the programme. 10. Children must wear closed toed shoes. If they do not bring closed toes shoes, Wellington SPCA reserves the right to refuse child participation in some activities. 11. Children must be signed in at the commencement of the day and signed out at collection. Children will not be released to any person not named in the registration form without prior consent. 12. Wellington SPCA reserves the right to contact parents and have their child removed if deemed necessary due to behavioral issues. If you have a child with specific behavioral concerns, it may be necessary for an adult to attend with them.If your child requires one on one support; a guardian must stay with them. 13. Photos taken may potentially be used in Wellington SPCA publications. PAYMENT AND BOOKINGS 14. Booking your child into a session will hold you liable for the fees associated. 15. Fees will be invoiced at the time of booking and must be paid within 2 hours of the booking. Invoices MUST be settled before the child attends the event. Payment can only be made via credit card on our enrollment site. Please note that we cannot accept payment at our centre. 16. Please note that all bookings made are payable, no refunds are made for non-attendance, including sickness. 17. In the unlikely event that the session is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund. 18. If a participant chooses to cancel some or all of their confirmed registration, or cannot attend the session(s), we do not provide refunds. However, the following may apply: . given at least 10 business days' notice, the booking mat be moved to another date where possible OR . the registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the session (in which they are registered) OR, . if there is someone on the wait list willing to take the vacant place In the event of any of the above changes, a $10 administration fee applies. Credit Card fees cannot not be refunded. 19. Should your child be sick and unable to attend the programme please contact us via phone on 04 389 8044 ext 8427 or email email@example.com PROGRAMMES 20. Parents should report to Wellington SPCA when collecting children from the programme and sign out their children in the register at the door. Children must have written permission to leave unaccompanied. 21. Parents should advise Wellington SPCA of any situations that may upset children such as fears. 22. While Wellington SPCA will take care to provide proper supervision of children at all times, nor the employed and volunteer staff shall have any personal liability in respect to any act of omission arising from any session or activity of the service. 23. The staff take all care but no responsibility for your child’s personal property. All left behind property is kept for two weeks after the holiday programme concludes and then donated to charity. 24. Information held on this enrollment is used for the purposes of establishing and maintaining accurate records. This information will not be passed to any other body, and will be accessed only by staff operating the programme. MEDICAL AND SPECIAL NEEDS 25. Please let the staff know any details pertinent to your child that are not on this form e.g. any food allergies or nutritional needs. This includes allergies to things such as hay, bees, foods, etc. If your child has an Epipen, please pack the Epipen with them. If the children have allergies or other medical concerns, but fail to turn up with the medicine (or Epipen if necessary), the child may be not be allowed to attend the programme on that day. 26. Please be aware of acceptance of special needs children will be on a case by case basis and is dependent on our ability to supply those needs. 27. It is Extremely important to fill out the enrollment form with all medical information and concerns. ELECTRONIC DEVICES 28. If your child brings along any electronic devices, e.g. phones, ipad, it is the child's responsibility to look after them. Wellington SPCA hold no responsibility for the safety of the device. It is expected that the electronic device remains in their bag whilst doing activities. CLOTHING AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS 29. We encourage your children to wear old clothes and closed toe shoes. Please do not send your child in sandals or jandals. Wellington SPCA accept NO responsibility for damage to clothing or personal belongings your child might wear or bring.
