Important Information

WEBS offers weekly single and multiple day enrolments tailored to age and ability, integrating seamlessly with your family’s educational curriculum to meet holistic learning objectives.

Monday sessions are located in the Brunswick Heads Hinterland and Wednesday and Friday’s are roving sessions within the Lennox Head area.

To ensure successful registration, follow the prompts from start to finish. Bookings without payment will be timed out and cancelled after two hours.

Please note, full term enrolments will close 12th October and then only limited casual bookings will be available.

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) between you and Wise Earth Bush School Pty Ltd (WEBS), ACN 652 488 474, trading as Wise Earth Bush School, ABN 93 652 488 474. Your enrolment or participation in any program or service provided by WEBS signifies your understanding and agreement to these T&Cs.
For individuals under 18, parental or guardian agreement to these T&Cs is required.

Acceptance of Policies and Conditions

By engaging with WEBS, you:
1. Confirm understanding and agreement to WEBSs policies including:
  - Non-smoking and zero Drug and Alcohol Policy;
  - Code of Conduct; Waiver of Liability;
  - Privacy Policy; Cancellation and Pricing Policy, we offer no refunds, and you may not forward any of the sessions to another, all registrations are mandatory either per day or term.
  - Make-up-Session; WEBS may offer make-up sessions for illness-based absences subject to availability, and will require direct contact with the WEBS office team for illness reporting, and redeeming make-up sessions.
2. Assert that all provided information is accurate, complete, and truthful.
3. Agree to supervise your child/children in scenarios where WEBS is not responsible for supervision.
4. Commit to safe and respectful conduct within WEBS premises.
5. Agree to adhere to dress and safety gear codes, especially when using tools or being near Fire and Water.
6. Acknowledge personal property responsibility.
7. Understand that WEBS reserves the right to enforce property rules, including denial of entry or service at its discretion.
Whole Agreement

This T&Cs, along with the stated policies, constitute the full agreement between you and WEBS, superseding all prior communications.

Amendments and Jurisdiction
1. 1. WEBS reserves the right to modify these T&Cs as needed.
  2. Any part of these T&Cs found to be unenforceable will not affect the enforceability of the remaining sections.
  3. These T&Cs are governed by NSW law, with jurisdictional disputes settled within NSW Courts.
