Our Club House Parnell kids are transported to our Epsom location and enjoy an awesome range of on-site themed activities at Epsom Normal Primary School every day! The bus leaves at 9am and returns to Parnell at 4pm.

Our cut off for making bookings is 3pm the day before each activity.
If you miss this cut-off time please contact us as we may still be able to accommodate your booking, as long as we have spaces available in our staff-to-child ratios. Please email the PFC Team at pfc@villagesquare.org.nz or call 09 555 5193.
Payment will be required before your child attends.

If it's the day of the activity your child is booked for and you need to contact the staff onsite directly, please contact the Site Leader on 027 474 9462, or contact us as above if you don't get through.
Please note, fees are non-refundable due to non-attendance, sickness or injury.
We require 7 days' notice in writing of any cancellations to avoid being charged.
We strongly discourage children from bringing electronic devices (phones, tablets, laptops, game consoles, and similar devices) to our programmes.
Device use will not be permitted between 9am - 3pm and/or during Adventure Seekers trips, including during bus rides, except in the case of an emergency. Devices must stay in the child's bag or left on-site prior to departure.
We understand that some children may have reasons to bring devices. Children requiring the use of personal electronic devices during programme hours must read, sign, and adhere to our policy. Parents/Caregivers please speak to the Site Leader upon arrival if you would like your child to use a device during our programmes.

Dip into a chocolate themed day as we mix, make, bake, create, and play. Chocolate will pop up in fun activities across the day. Join in where you like and see where the sweet fun takes you!
Joins us for a sensory art day focused on texture. Scrape, squish, layer, stamp, and press materials into artworks. Use bottles, glue, cardboard, foil, and more!
Make tī rākau sticks, try cool rhythm games, and jump into fast moving circle challenges. Hunt for hidden stars, create DIY spinning tops, and twist, spin, and solve fun whai string games as we celebrate Mātāriki!

Get ready for Minion Mayhem! Make your own Minion t shirt and goggles, then put them to the test in a fun obstacle race crack funny codes and play some goofy Minion games
Get hands on as you roll, cut, and create pasta from scratch! Take turns cranking hand powered pasta machines, tackle fun pasta challenges, and finish with colourful, creative pasta mosaics.
Explore the yuckiest side of science through slime and squishy experiments. Messy, exciting, and perfect for little scientists who love things a little bit gross!
Something strange is happening at the zoo and we need your help! Follow the clues and take on fun challenges and crafts as you work together to crack the case.
Enjoy cool emoji crafts, solve an emoji puzzle, and jump into fun games. You’ll dance, move, be silly, and have lots of fun with new friends. Let’s party emoji style!

Transport Notice – Future Fuel Shortage Contingency
Please note that while there is no current fuel shortage, we want to proactively inform families about how any future shortage in New Zealand could affect our Adventure Seeker trips and Clubhouse Parnell.
Our programme uses a bus to transport children from Parnell to our participating schools and activity venues. If a future fuel shortage occurs, our transport provider may need to cancel services at short notice.
If transport is disrupted, we will:
- Prioritise the safety and supervision of all children
- Communicate any changes to families as early as possible
- Provide Clubhouse‑based alternatives at Epsom Normal Primary School and Balmoral School for children if the bus is unable to operate
Thank you for your understanding as we plan ahead to ensure continuity and safety in all circumstances.
