Allow your children to immerse themselves in the world of sport with our Multi-Sports Holiday Camp in Caversham, Reading held at Thameside Primary School. With four exciting sports each day, we encourage exploration, participation, and a positive attitude alongside providing practical childcare solutions for you as parents. The inclusive environment at our Multi-Sports Holiday Club ensures that every child feels supported and inspired to try new things.

For our youngest participants, aged 4, the camp day will be shorter. To make sure they're ready to fully enjoy the activities, we ask that all 4-year-olds have begun their school journey and are currently attending Foundation or Reception at school.

As well as our Multi-Sports Holiday Club at Thameside we also run a Football Holiday Club! Check out our other camps to book!

We're committed to providing an exceptional experience for every child. If you or your child aren't completely happy with your experience with us, just let us know and we'll refund your money in full for that day.

Changes to Your Booking

You can request changes or cancellations to your booking by emailing us at info@u-sports.co.uk. Please note that your booking is not considered changed or canceled until you receive a confirmation from us.

More than 10 days before your booking: If you cancel your booking more than 10 days before the first day of your booking, you can choose one of the following:
- A full refund, minus a £10 administration fee. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.
- A full credit of the booking amount to be used for a future uSports booking.
Between 10 days and 48 hours before your booking: If you cancel or change your booking during this time, you are not entitled to a refund. However, we will issue a full credit for the amount to be used for a future camp booking.
Less than 48 hours before your booking: Any cancellations or changes requested with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund or credit. In some cases, we may be able to move your booking to another day within the same camp period, but this is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
Changing full week bookings: If you cancel specific days from a full week booking, your booking will be re-priced at our daily rate. Any refund or credit will be adjusted accordingly.

Late Collection Policy

Please ensure you collect your child promptly at the predetermined collection time.

If you do not collect your child promptly, uSports reserves the right to charge an additional £5 for every 10 minutes as a Late Collection Fee.
This fee will be debited to your account and is payable immediately.
Please note if you do not pay the Late Collection Fee as required, uSports reserves the right to cancel any future bookings.

Our Right to Cancel

uSports reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low registration numbers, forecast adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will offer alternative arrangements that might include an alternative activity, date, or venue. Should these alternative arrangements not be appropriate, a full refund will be given.
