ABOUT US
We are a singing school committed to helping your child learn
to sing and love their voice. We believe everyone can learn to sing.
We have an amazing team and provide a safe environment for
their singing journey. We train all levels and ages, from
beginning to professional and kids to adults. We offer group
classes and private class options.
PERFORMANCES AND EVENTS
We offer many performances and events throughout the year.
We have two yearly concerts (in Terms 2 and 4), and we offer
Lounge Sessions in Terms 1 and 3. We also provide students with
the opportunity to create music videos and join our regular
album recordings.
LESSON NOTES
All lesson notes are recorded in our online system. You will receive
the teacher’s notes via email reulgarly along with your
childs progress and what they have been working on.

RESOURCES
Our studio is equipped with microphones, sound systems and
pianos to ensure that they get the most out of their lessons. At
the end of their first lesson, you will receive an email with links
to our online resource, which will equip you to continue their
learning at home as well as in class.

ATTENDANCE &RESCHEDULING
Once they've enrolled, their lesson time will be reserved as a
regular session in our system. We are unable to issue refunds
on missed lessons or offer catchups due to our kids programs
being a Term program. Please note that enrolment is per term
and automatically rolled over to the following term unless
2 weeks notice is provided in writing for cessation of enrolment.
Students are unable to cease tuition mid-Term.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer the following options for payment: Term Payment,
Weekly Direct Debit, EFTPOS, and AfterPay. After your first lesson, all payments are processed a week ahead. Direct Debit payments are taken out on a weekly cycle. If you enrol for extra activities or resources this will be added to your account and deducted in your automated payment cycle.

2020 Term 1: 28 Jan to 12 Apr (11 weeks)
2020 Term 2: 27 Apr to 5 Jul (10 weeks)
2020 Term 3: 20 Jul to 27 Sep (10 weeks)
2020 Term 4: 12 Oct to 20 Dec (10 weeks)
2021 Term 1: 27 Jan to 4 Apr (10 weeks)
TEACHERS
All our teachers are trained with specific skills and are allocated to
students based on student goals, age and needs. If a teacher is
sick or away, another teacher may fill in as a substitute.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
We are not open on pubic holidays. If
you wish to continue lessons during a holiday, please let us know.
We observe the following public holidays: Australia Day, Good
Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Queen’s
Birthday, and Labour Day. Our studios will be closed from 24 Dec
2020 until 4 Jan 2021.
WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to discontinue your singing lessons, please provide two
weeks’ written notice prior to the end of term. You can email info@unlockyourvoice.net
with your intention to stop. If there is less than two weeks’ notice
given, fees will be withdrawn during this period. Students cannot
withdraw mid-term but must wait until the end of term unless
there are extenuating circumstances.
DECLARATION
By enrolling in Unlock Your Voice, I declare that I have read and
agreed to these terms and conditions. I accept the liability for
payment of all fees described in this form. I agree that payment
must be made to secure my lesson time.
