A fun and supportive holiday program designed to help girls aged 8–16 build confidence, friendships and positive habits.
Run through Simone Says, United empowers girls through wellbeing education, positive mindset and self-acceptance.
Each day combines creative workshops, movement sessions, team challenges and confidence-building conversations, helping girls feel comfortable being themselves while learning valuable life skills.
Girls will explore topics such as confidence, healthy habits, nutrition, sleep, social media awareness and self-acceptance, while participating in engaging activities designed to support their wellbeing.
To ensure girls feel comfortable and supported, participants will be grouped with girls of similar ages for activities and discussions.
Activities throughout the program may include:
• Art and creative workshops
• Jewellery making and craft activities
• Flower workshops
• Dance and movement sessions
• Sports and team challenges
• Vision board and goal-setting activities
• Wellbeing and nutrition sessions
Led by Simone, United combines mindset-first nutrition, wellbeing education and open conversations about growing up, helping girls build confidence, compassion and resilience.
Participants should bring:
• Lunch and snacks
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement activities
• Hat and sunscreen
All workshop materials will be provided.
