Instalment Payments

You have the option to pay for your child's camp place upfront or in instalments.
If you choose to pay in instalments, Enrolmy will automatically calculate your payment schedule, including the due dates and amounts depending on the payment frequency selected.
All instalment payments must be completed before the start of the camp to secure your child's place. This date will be automatically applied to your payment plan.

uCover Payment Protection

You may choose to purchase optional “uCover” payment protection with your booking.
uCover is an additional £3 per child per day and can be selected at checkout on both single day and full week bookings.
uCover provides extended flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances, allowing for changes or cancellations to your booking.
See the ‘Changes to Your Bookings & Cancellations’ section below for further details regarding the additional flexibility provided by uCover

Changes to Your Booking & Cancellations

Any changes are subject to availability
Changes & cancellations can be made with 14 days notice or more
If you choose the uCover add-on you can make changes and cancellations with less than 14 days notice

You can move your booking to any day in the current or next holiday camp period.

Scenario | Moving a single day within a full week booking The difference in price between the reduced full week daily rate and the standard daily rate is paid for all days within the affected week.

[li]uSports reserves the right to cancel sessions in advance due to low registration numbers, forecast adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur we will offer alternative arrangements that might include an alternative activity, date or venue. Should these alternative arrangements not be appropriate a full refund will be given.[/li]

Late Collection

You must ensure that you collect your child(ren) promptly at the predetermined collection time.
If you do not collect your child(ren) promptly then we reserve the right to charge an additional £5 for every 10 minutes as a Late Collection Fee.
The Late Collection Fee will be debited to your account and is payable immediately. Please note if you do not pay the Late Collection Fee as required then we reserve the right to cancel any future bookings.

Childcare Voucher Payments

Childcare voucher payments are accepted for our camps.
Payments must be processed before the start date of the activity.

Discounts

Sibling Discount: A 10% discount will be automatically applied to each additional child booked onto the same camp.
Discount Codes: Only one additional discount code can be used per order. The highest value discount will be applied.
Full Week Discount: Selecting the "full week" option at checkout will apply a discounted daily rate, offering a saving on the overall cost of the camp.

All uKids activities are run under the official organisation & insurance of U Sports Limited

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions You will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms which will prevail over any other terms put forward at the time you make a booking. The application of these terms will commence on the date of your booking.
