Important Information

Collection & Safeguarding
We have recently made a change, which means all children must be collected from camp by an adult, we no longer allow children to walk home. For safeguarding purposes, our staff may ask for a collection PIN or password if they do not recognise the person collecting your child. This PIN/password will be set up at the time of booking. Please ensure that anyone authorised to collect your child has the correct details available when arriving for collection.
At Time4Sport, we take safeguarding very seriously. The safety and wellbeing of every child attending our services is extremely important to us. Our team is appropriately trained, and we have clear procedures in place to help ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children. Refund/Exchange Policy Please note, all requests need to be emailed to info@time4sportuk.com

If you need to change the date(s) that your child attends, we'll be happy to accommodate your request, but kindly give us at least 7 days' notice. This way, we can offer the spot to another child and make the necessary arrangements.

If your child is unable to attend due to illness, we'll provide a credit for a future day. Please notify us via email before 8:30am.

We don't offer refunds, unless, in the unlikely event, we are unable to provide the session as scheduled.

If a booking is made to be paid under Tax Free Childcare and your child doesn't attend but you haven't cancelled, you are still liable for the cost.

Please note that all requests will be handled at our discretion. We periodically review our refund and exchange policy, and it may be subject to change. We greatly appreciate your understanding. Activities, Staffing and Ratios

Time4Sport aims to provide a varied programme of after-school activities, including sports clubs and activity-based sessions. We also welcome children of different ages and with a range of individual needs.

The activities advertised for each session are intended to provide an indication of the planned provision. However, the activity offered may occasionally need to be adapted or changed depending on the age range, number and individual needs of the children attending, as well as the staffing and supervision ratios required. Our priority is always to ensure that appropriate staffing and supervision are in place to maintain the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of all children attending. Where necessary, this may mean that an alternative activity is provided to ensure the session remains suitable and appropriately staffed. Time4Sport reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the planned activities where required for safeguarding, staffing, ratio or operational reasons. We will always aim to provide children with a fun, engaging and appropriate experience, even where the planned activity needs to be adjusted. Photos/Filming

If you would like your child/children NOT to be included in any photos/filming, please let us know on your account.

If you have any queries about anything at all, please do not hesitate to call us on 01782 409 677.
