Collection & Safeguarding
We have recently made a change, which means all children must be collected from camp by an adult, we no longer allow children to walk home. For safeguarding purposes, our staff may ask for a collection PIN or password if they do not recognise the person collecting your child. This PIN/password will be set up at the time of booking. Please ensure that anyone authorised to collect your child has the correct details available when arriving for collection.
At Time4Sport, we take safeguarding very seriously. The safety and wellbeing of every child attending our services is extremely important to us. Our team is appropriately trained, and we have clear procedures in place to help ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children. Activities, Staffing and Ratios

Time4Sport aims to provide a varied programme of after-school activities, including sports clubs and activity-based sessions. We also welcome children of different ages and with a range of individual needs.

The activities advertised for each session are intended to provide an indication of the planned provision. However, the activity offered may occasionally need to be adapted or changed depending on the age range, number and individual needs of the children attending, as well as the staffing and supervision ratios required.

Our priority is always to ensure that appropriate staffing and supervision are in place to maintain the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of all children attending. Where necessary, this may mean that an alternative activity is provided to ensure the session remains suitable and appropriately staffed.

Time4Sport reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the planned activities where required for safeguarding, staffing, ratio or operational reasons. We will always aim to provide children with a fun, engaging and appropriate experience, even where the planned activity needs to be adjusted.
